Was really dissatisfied with the flowers as upon arrival the roses had already began to die. There were also less than 9 blooms and upon visiting my family member and seeing this myself I went out and purchased another bouquet to make this particular display look fuller and more alive.

The flowers were a birthday gift for my mother who absolutely loved them. They were beautiful. However, in the future it would be nice to have a proper card to keep the message that was sent as my mum likes to stand it with the flowers but the paper wasn't very attractive and very flimsy. I did also have a popped balloon in the packaging however, I emailed and the money was back in my account before you'd even emailed to say you'd returned it I was extremely happy with this service. I had taken photos ready to prove what I was saying but it just went through with absolutely no hassle. I 100% will recommend and use you again. Thank you.

The flowers were left outside in the pouring rain and by the time my mum found them the cardboard box was soggy! Credit to Debenhams- I rang and told them and they refunded but won't be using again I'm afraid!

Flowers were okay. Not worth the money I would say and the wine I ordered with it turned up wrong so I got red wine instead of white which I wasn't happy about!!

Flowers arrived looking half dead and a very small bunch for the price paid, they also did not put the wine in the box that was part of the order (they did refund the cost of the wine after a call to customer services) would advise anyone to stay well clear of debenhams flowers

I was slightly disappointed with the quantity of flowers. I felt that the picture appeared to have more stems. My mother in law however loved them and informs me that they are still alive.

An absolute disgrace. Ordered in October to have my Staffs hampers delivered on the 23rd December and only 1 arrived. I emailed and called to be told it would be sorted out and then at 2.15 pm they told me that the other hadn't been sent out and it was now too late and that they would give me a refund - what a great help that was. Luckily I managed to order from Virginia Hayward late in the day and they had the delivery to me 1st thing on Christmas Eve. Virginia Hayward have my business from now on and Debenhams can go yodel up a Totem Pole for all I care.

Despite ordering the flowers 2 weeks early and paying for them to be delivered on a certain day, the flowers arrived a day late, missing my mothers birthday. Was not very impressed. However, once the flowers did arrive they were fairly pretty and lasted nearly 10 days. Would have been fine if they'd actually arrived on time.

Just visited my sister and saw the flowers, all I can say is that they have lasted well, but are nowhere near what I ordered for her. Will go back to my normal store for future orders of flowers. Your suppliers obviously do not take account of what are ordered. Fortunately my sister liked them but I certainly do not consider them value for money or as ordered.

Ordered 36 hampers on behalf of my company to our clients. (Totalling over £1,500) Only 18 hampers were delivered, had to chase the remaining and was informed there was an error, after raising this. Of those that have been delivered, I have been informed by my clients some were missing a note and they questioned if we were the sender. Ordered way in advance and though your support team have been helpful, I am extremely disappointed with the overall level of service.

Whilst the quality of the flowers and the delivery were good, the other half of the order was never delivered - which spoilt the whole thing. Both the person the gifts were for and I were greatly disappointed. The surprise was spoilt not least because I had to tell them what the gift was so they could keep checking for it after the birthday had passed.

Picked the most expensive bouquet in the birthday section and added the vase just to make sure I ordered something close to the image, what came was no where near the image, the flowers were not arranged in a ball shape which was what set this bouquet apart from the others and the vase was packed separately. To top it all off they started dying after two days. The cake in a tin left much to be desired also..... A thorough dissapointment and expected far more from a brand like debenams.

I ordered next day delivery and at 5pm when the offices shut I received an email to say they wouldn't be delivered that day when they did turn up they looked nothing like the picture I would have done better to have gone to tescos and brought three good quality bunches for the same price !!!!!!!

Ordered these flowers for a friend following the loss of her father, although she reported the flowers to be beautiful, the card with my message wasn't attached so therefore she had to text people to find out who had sent them. For me the sender I felt disappointed and it spoilt my intented idea. Following an email my card and message were received at a later date.

The service from start to finish was very good. I was able to track where the flowers were at every stage. I had bought the flowers as a birthday gift and my niece said that the flowers were beautiful. She was not at home when they were delivered and there was a card through her door to advise her that a neighbour had her parcel.
