“I bought these as a xmas gift ( delivered 18.12.15)for my Aunt. She said the Flowers looked good in the box. After 2 days the rose buds didn't open and the petals fell off, all the greenery went brown. She thought they seemed dry when she unpacked them. She has complained to the company and has been promised a new bunch in the new Year with a refund to me. We will have to wait and see. Never had problems before with flowers from Debenhams, but this has put me off ordering from them again.”

“On line Ordering very easy, payment proceed smoothly, couldn't fault anyhting. Christmas table arrangement execeeded expectations, excellent. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending. I will use them again. "Well done and Keep it up Debenhams"! Oxford Customer.”

“The quality and size of flowers were not very good for a £50 arrangement. The roses have died long before the Lilly's even opened. I wouldn't buy this product again, I was disappointed.”

“The flowers were beautiful. The delivery was great but they were already starting to die when I received them, may have just been a one off but they only lasted around 2-3 days even after trimming and watering wouldn't pay full price for that”

“Ordered two winter christmas bouguets one for the girlfriend and one for her mum arrived 23rd Dec both past their best by boxing day not the room temperature as both in separate hours so disappointed as not cheap!”

“We couldn't believe how well packed the flowers came, when we opened the box what a beautiful selection of flowers and a perfect bottle of wine, fantastic service from the minute I placed the order you kept me up to date by email so I knew everything would be just perfect.”

“Flowers delivered one month earlier than ordered, beautiful bouquet. Fair enough they sent another on the requested day however this bouquet was not as good and hasn't lasted as long”

“A beautiful festive arrangement. It's still going strong nearly two weeks later, although I've had to remove the roses. (They lasted 9 days) The savoury scent of the greenery is still as delicious as the day it arrived. A recommended purchase.”

“have used your service many times, this time however wasn't so good as one of the Christmas deliveries had "drooping" roses. However after writing to customer service a lovely person called Milhail replied almost immediately and a replacement bouquet is being delivered next week. This is brilliant customer service and I wont hesitate to use debenhams flowers in the future, Thank you very much”

“The flowers were delivered a day late, and although they were for Christmas [ for December 21st delivery] I expected my chosen delivery date as I ordered well in advance. I was offered a 25% discount on my next purchase but rejected it and asked for an equivalent refund which was promptly paid. I didn't see the flowers which were for my mother. My sister said they were lovely but in her opinion not worth what I had paid for them. I had ordered a large bunch plus small box of free chocolates.”

“Roses were dying two and a half days after receiving the gift. Cala lilies lasted only one more day before becoming a snotty dye dropping mess. Disappointed”
