“The flowers were very well received by my family in the U.K. Comments were very complimentary about the flowers and presentation. Will definitely use Debenhams again and will pass on my comment to friends in New Zealand.”

“The xmas flower arrangement was for my dad as unable to see him before Xmas. Although a date was arranged for delivery we received a mail saying that were unable to deliver that day! Disappointed - then delivered next day. He was very pleased with the flowers - was very happy with them.”

“Flowers were out of this world, mum loves them, but delivery was a total joke, wanted them to be delivered on the 20th for parents 45th wedding anniversary, they finally arrived on the 22nd!!!! Took 3 days to go from Preston sorting office to parents home town in north wales !!!!! Totally disappointed in the delivery, but cannot fault the amazing flowers”

“These werent as good as expected. Ordered for my mum for xmas and a pick me up due to her breaking her leg. Arrived and flowers were brown on the edge lasted 3 days! Not worth the money”

“Ordered these flowers as a surprise for Christmas Eve, both bouquets were delivered on time and both recipeients were delighted with their flowers. I got to see pictures of the flowers and they were beautiful. Thank you Debenhams for making my mum and mum-in-law very happy!”

“Product was good, well presented and delivered when requested. Website should allow ordering of/to multiple products/recipients. It's tedious to start over when sending gifts to different destinations.”

“I ordered 3 bouquets to be delivered to different people 2 were to be delivered on 21/12 and the 3rd to be delivered on23/12. 1 was delivered on 19/12 1 on 21/12 and the other was delivered at 07.10 on the 24/12. This early delivery was inconvenient. Despite the delivery mix up the flowers were very nice.”

“Intended as a wedding anniversary gift but the actual date was unavailable. However it arrived early and was gratefully accepted. I would do it again and if lucky the date will not be a Saturday.”
