“Flowers arrived on time and were nicely presented. However they started to wilt after 2/3 days when I expect them to last much longer. I usually buy my flowers from next and I think I will be going back to next in the future..”

“Excellent quality, delivered precisely when wanted. Flowers have proven surprisingly long lasting - locally bought blooms received as a present barely lasted the week whereas the Debenhams lilies are still going strong.”

“Not quite what I expected. Looked OK but hardly any flowers at all. Not worth the money at all really, could have got much more for the money if you had gone to a local florist or especially a supermarket The most impressive thing about the bouquet was the gel stuff wrapped around the flowers to keep them wet. Did not last very long either. Ordered as a Christmas bouquet but the few flowers that were in the bouquet were dead before Christmas day. Would not bother again.”

“They were delivered in a large box and were in great condition when they arrived. I bought them for my nan and she absolutely loves them.”

“Thank you for reminding me to contact you as the flowers never arrived. I received an email on the morning of the day due to say that they had not arrived with DPD and so would not be delivered. I made alternative arrangements and require a refund.”

“I brought this bouquet as there was an offer on O2 for 50% off. That would normally mean 50% off the price, but in this case it would seem they also removed 50% of the flowers! Very disappointing size considering the price, I wouldnt recommend.”

“Very Dissapointed Paid extra for specified day of delivery. Not delivered on stated day . Very poor display. Small and mainly foliage. lasted five days till what blooms there were drooped and died off. Will not be using this service again .”

“The money was taken 3 weeks in advance and I was emailed 2 dispatch notes to say the hampers were on their way. One arrived late the other not at all. The explanation was disgraceful . Even though I choose a delivery date they deliver when they can, it's in their terms and conditions which I think is misleading. The second hamper they ran out off which of course I didn't know until after Christmas because they said it had been dispatched . Also misleading. Their attempts to put it right were feeble . Never again Debenhams!”

“I wasn't sure what they would arrive like or what sort of service I would get. But I was very happy and my mum loved her flowers and wine which I want sure about the quality but was very nice (apparently). The royal mail tracked them and I was notified of the progress which was handy. They arrived in a box but we're beautifully presented. The flowers look lovely and have lasted nearly two weeks and still going strong. I was really happy with the service lots of emails. The product was brilliant as well. One very happy customer. They are costly but codes are regularly sent and are online so when using a code it's perfect”
