“My Aunt was the recipient of the flowers . She states they were not fresh , they had a "stale " odour ,and were delivered in a black box . She was very disappointed.It was sad to hear, especially when Christmas is a Happy Season. Will not purchase from you again.”

“I ordered several sets of flowers over Christmas for relatives. Feedback was positive but was disappointed that one of the orders I purchased online on 17th December was returned to the post Office Depot and as the Christmas period the recipient was unable to collect the flowers until”

“I was disappointed about the number of flowers for the price so I felt it wasn't great value for money. I purchased the bouquet with 50% off and I think this would've been a more appropriate retail price. The flowers weren't very fresh with a few of the roses dead the next day”

“I was very disappointed actually I saw the flowers 2 days after delivery and a couple of the Roses were dead !! I know how busy Christmas time is but I was expecting better!! Thankyou Doreen Cable”

“My girlfriend received her flowers at work just about as they where delivered before 10 am And I payed extra for after 2pm delivery. And plus after just one day the roses have died. Not very happy at all bad delivery and poor quality.”

“Not very impressed by the service or communications. Most of the orders were not delivered on the requested days and where I had ordered 5 or 6 hampers to go to a company these were delivered over several days which caused a bit of embarrassment . I had email notification on some of the deliveries but not on others so short of phoning my client to see if they received them I am still not sure that all the hampers were sent out I phoned the customer services a couple of times but they were not very helpful. I will not be using Debenham's Flowers next year.”

“I have used debenhams flowers a few times now. Although I've never actually seen the flowers I ordered, the recipients were always bowled over by the freshness, amount of flowers and the presentation. So I will continue to use debenhams over my previous online provider.”

“I purchased flowers for my mum at Christmas and also flowers for my daughter as a thank you for Christmas dinner, Both my mum and daughter are absolutely delighted with their flowers. The two bouquet of flowers were very different but were lovely and well worth the money. Both arrived on the date requested and I was kept updated through email on the progress of the order. This is the first time I have used Debenhams to purchase flowers and would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended”

“Sent this to a relative for her 60th birthday. She phoned to say they were beautiful and was delighted with them. The whole process went very smoothly. Very happy with the service and will definately use Debenham flowers again.”

“Order number 100175973 for 50 roses. Roses lasted 6 days from date of arrival and were watered correctly. Heads dropped overafter 5 days and shirielled on 5 and 6th day. Expected flowers to last at least 7 days. The Christmas wreath Order 100175981I got from Debenhams is lovely and has drawn favorable comments from friends and neighbours - so why such poor roses?. Both these orders 100182098 100182094 deliverd for Christmas were nice and flowers are lasting but not roses.”

“The flowers where on a deal with 02 so I paid half price the flowers haven't even lasted 5 days the roses went first I could not recommended buying them again you would be better getting them from a lidl”
