Order was delivered a day earlier than I had booked meaning the recipient wasn't there. Notification of impending delivery was actually sent to me the day after the flowers had been delivered.

I was disappointed with this delivery. It was a Christmas eve to an old peoples home and not only was it not delivered but the card was left outside so the recipient had no idea she had missed a delivery and also there was no way we could contact anyone to go and collect them as it was all text automation I had to collect them eventually on the Tuesday after Christmas when any good form sending them was lost and the flowers well past their best. I will in future I think use a local florist.

I've sent Debenhams flowers several times now and the recipients have always told me how lovely the flowers look when they receive them. The flowers arrive fresh and are well packed. The 'Named Day' delivery service ensures that the flowers arrive on the correct day.

Ordered my latest flowers to send to my sister in law. she was so pleased and said they were wonderfull, fresh and well packaged. Previous orders have not disapointed either. Only ever use Debenhams now. HIghly recommend rather than other flower and plant retailers. Not been disapointed yet. full marks Debenhams.

I arranged to have these flowers delivered to a family member who lives in Devon. When they arrived I spoke to the recipient and she seemed really happy with them. I then visited her four days later later and I was disappointed at how dead all the flowers appeared. I have often arranged for flowers to be delivered to this family member and, unfortunately, this has now put me off from doing it again in the future.

Service and delivery was great. Product was awful! Flowers looked nothing like the photo on the site and died within three days! They were not worth the money. As they were a Christmas gift I was very upset. Won't be ordering again.

Only writing review as keep getting messages from debenhams. Very disappointed in flowers some of roses slightly brown at edges & not a lot for (RRP). However on a positive note delivered on christmas eve as requested & i had taken advantage of half price offer as definitely not worth the £50+

The product we received was very good, but the problem being I did not receive FLOWERs as you say. Someone is not doing there job properly.

Delivered fresh and lasted well. Recipient was delighted with them. I will definitely use Debenhams flower ordering service again. Have used other unknown online florists before and been very disappointed with service and quality.

I ordered some flowers using an O2 offer code. It was clear that the product was not worth £50 full price but was £25 normally. The fresh flowers were dead when they arrived. I had hoped they would have lasted a couple of days over Christmas . I bought these as a treat given the offer available. It was the first time I used debs flowers and after this effort I will not being buying from them again

Although I received postI've feedback from the recipient that it was a nice bunch of flowers, I had paid extra for them to be delivered on a specific day and at 4.30pm on the day they were supposed to be delivered I got a call to say this would not be possibleand they would be delivered the following day which was very disappointing.
