I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mum in time for Christmas. The order process was quick & easy and they were delivered on time. The quality was good but they were quite expensive for the amount. However, you do expect to pay more for less at Christmas!!

My sister said the flowers were nice on the day they arrived however when I saw them 4 days later I noticed there were very few flower stems and the tulips were falling apart. I was disappointed as I thought they would have lasted longer. I think I will go elsewhere when ordering flowers in the future.

Bought as gifts. I saw photos and they were lovely flowers. These were surprise gifts but, unfortunately, one of the three bouquets did not arrive on the specified day which was disappointing - they were ordered from Debenhams as the delivery date was supposed to be guaranteed - Royal Mail had them, but did not get them there on time!

I ordered some flowers to be delivered whilst I was out of the country for an anniversary. Having paid £5 for delivery before 12pm on a specific day, the flowers were attempted to be delivered the day before that, which meant that no one was there to receive them as I had instructed the recipient to be in for the specific time I had paid for them to be delivered. Because of this mistake, the flowers were not delivered until 3pm on the day they were supposed to arrive meaning that the recipient had to cancel plans for her day to wait in for them. On top of this, Debenhams ensure that their flowers stay fresh for 'at least 7 days or your money back', however I received photos of the flowers half dead only 3 days after the recipient had received them. I have filed a complaint asking for my money back over a week ago due to the terrible service received and have had no response since sending the photos of the flowers as evidence. I will not be using Debenhams flowers again.

I haven't seen the flowers myself as they were a gift but the recipient was thrilled & said they looked stunning. Loved the tracking notifications so I knew exactly when they were delivered & would have no hesitation in using Debenhams flowers again.

Flowers sent as a gift so have only seen a photograph of them from recipient. They looked exactly like the photo on the website, I am so pleased with what was sent. They arrived in a lovely presentation box, and I was kept up to date with texts of delivery time. They were delivered on 23rd December and on speaking to my Aunt on 2nd January the flowers were still as fresh as the day they arrived. Excellent service - wouldn't hesitate to use again!

More than happy with the flowers received. Delivery was on 22 Dec 15 The flowers are still quite good on 04 Jan 16 Would buy again from Debenhams.

Everything went smoothly, delivery on time, however, some of the flowers were only good for a couple of days and had to be thrown away.

Ordered two bunches for delivery for same day, both bunches had wilted browning roses by 2nd day!! Very disappointed considering the amount spent, will go back to using m&s as not comfortable with wasting money.

Ordered 2 Christmas bouquets for family members. Both delivered on time, however one bouquet on delivery the roses and foliage were dead. Phoned to complain and a new different bouquet was resent. Hence the rating.

Flowers were sub par, stems were broken and flowers past their best. I made a complaint via email but got no response... I would not recommend Debenhams flowers, you will get better flowers and service from your local supermarket.

I ordered this bouquet for my mum. and she was absolutely delighted with the quality and scent of the flowers. I have sent flowers from different suppliers on many occasions and my mum stated that this was the best bouquet she had ever received so I will definitely be using Debenhams Flowers again.

sent some flowers for my family in London for Christmas the spelling on the card was all wrong the flowers was left with a neighbor who did bring them round until 2 days later the flowers was dead . phone debenhams customer services they said this is a add on to there business so there nothing they can do but they ring me back they never did waste of £30.00

I arranged to have these flowers delivered to a family member who lives in Devon. When they arrived I spoke to the recipient and she seemed really happy with them. I then visited her four days later later and I was disappointed at how dead all the flowers appeared. I have often arranged for flowers to be delivered to this family member and, unfortunately, this has now put me off from doing it again in the future.
