Initially, I wasn't very happy with the flowers. The roses and lilies were much smaller specimens than those illustrated and bouquet looked sparse. The ilies were tightly closed, the roses fully open. As I suspected the roses died within a few days. However, the pathetic looking lily buds did finally open, to reveal lovely heavily scented flowers. This was like two bouquets in one, but unless the recipient managed it (ie took out the roses after a few days, kept changing the water) the result would be disappointing. Overall, I think as a bouquet it failed, but as a bunch of lilies, it was great! Would not purchase a bouquet looking like this from a shop or supermarket, as I would know that half of it was on its way out and half of it would take a week to bloom. Very speedy delivery in its favour!

Ordered flowers, wine and chocolate for my mother for Xmas, she received the flowers but not the wine or chocolate, I only knew that had only part of the ordered was delivered once I asked if she had received everything. Phoned debenhams but it was too late to Xmas for the missing items to be delivered so they offered a refund for the items not delivered. Asked if I could speak to a manger but was told the manger are not authorised to do anything other than than a refund, overall disappointed as it was a Xmas gift.

Flowers were delivered one day late, resulted in my Aunt not receiving her flowers on her Birthday. There was no card on the flowers stating who they were from. Aunt said flowers were lovely. Very disappointing.

Absolutely stunning flowers! I was really impressed with the delivery service offered. I was kept informed of every stage of the delivery. The flowers were also very well packaged. The flowers looked fabulous and they last quite a long time. I would definitely use Debenhams Flowers again.

I have sent floers to 2 separate relatives the first one was received with my detailed message given so that my recipient was able to let me know how welcome and lovely the floers were the second were received by my sister however I had nothing to say they had been delivered and there was nothing with the floers to say who had sent them it was only because I called a few days after on acing the order that I heard they had been ringing around to find out who they were from, they were lovely. By the way I did not get TVE discount of 15% Off the second order.!!!!

I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from Debenhams Flowers. They were greatly received as Christmas gifts and the delivery was extremely prompt which I was very impressed with. I will definitely be using the service again.

Thought the flowers where poor value for money the roses never even opened up and the flowers where only good about 4 days wouldn't buy again from debenhams

Both bunches I ordered arrived wilted and the roses were dead,complete waste of money would have been better getting flowers from a local supermarket. Bought as Xmas presents and caused embarrassment to myself and the recipients,only got a refund for one bunch. Will not be buying ffrom debenhams flowers ever again.
