Ordered two different bouquets to be delivered on Xmas Eve. They arrived in good time on the specified day, were exactly as per the description and lasted really well.

Awful flowers lasted a couple of days, wrong colour supplied, have complained still waiting for a reply, do not order flowers from Debenhams!

Bought Debenhams flowers for my sister in law's birthday on Christmas day. They were delivered on 24th and she was delighted with them. The bottle of wine I added and the free chocolates were a nice touch too.

Disappointed as had asked that if flowers unable to deliver leave with neighbour. Delivery date was 23 Dec delivery not attempted until afternoon of 24, elderly aunt was at home but by time she got to door card left and no attempt to leave with neighbours. I spend a lot of money at Debenhams and very disappointed. Won't be using this service again. Please give feedback.

The web site crashed three times during my attempt to place two orders resulting in one order being processed twice. I had to telephone to try to resolve the matter and was told I would receive a phone call back. Instead I received an email saying I could not cancel one of the duplicate orders due to timings. I telephoned again and eventually was advised I would be refunded for one of the duplicate orders. I will never again use this service. Your website shortcomings can possibly be excused due to the festive period but the customer service, the time I spent in trying to resolve a fault that was not mine and the mobile telephone call charges can neither be excused or refunded.

Easy to order. I ordered a winter/Christmas bouquet for my sister in law on behalf of my parents. I asked her to take a photo of them to show them what she received and they were beautiful. The lilies were in bud so it would have looked better each day as they bloomed. Very happy and would order Debenhams flowers again.

Just before Christmas, we wanted to order some flowers for a friend who is going through difficult times. We didn't want dark reds and Christmas colours, and were very pleased to see such a choice on the Debenhams Flowers website ! We picked bright colours and opted for a next day delivery. We were kept informed of the order progress via email and the flowers were delivered the next day. Our friend said they were absolutely lovely!

I bought the flowers for a friend whos birthday was on Christmas day. They were delivered succesfully and the person who received them was over the moon with the quality and the amount that was in the bouquet. Would definately use again and will be recommending Debenhams floweres to other people.

Awful. A disappointing waste of money. The 'Spirit of Christmas' bouquet was supposed to be £49.99, but I purchased it with a discount. Even at a discounted price, I knew that I had wasted my money. I could have got a far better bouquet elsewhere for much less than this. The chrysanthemums in the bouquet were starting to brown at the edges when I received it. The roses were in bloom, so were dead by the time the tightly-budded lilles eventually flowered. The description stated that the bouquet would arrive in bud, so I timed my delivery for 23rd Dec, so that they would be starting to bloom around 25th. No florist would have coupled in-bloom roses with budded lilies. The flowers were never going to be in bloom at any point together. I will never purchase flowers from Debenhams again. A complete disappointment, and totally overpriced for what you get.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered whilst I was out of the country for an anniversary. Having paid £5 for delivery before 12pm on a specific day, the flowers were attempted to be delivered the day before that, which meant that no one was there to receive them as I had instructed the recipient to be in for the specific time I had paid for them to be delivered. Because of this mistake, the flowers were not delivered until 3pm on the day they were supposed to arrive meaning that the recipient had to cancel plans for her day to wait in for them. On top of this, Debenhams ensure that their flowers stay fresh for 'at least 7 days or your money back', however I received photos of the flowers half dead only 3 days after the recipient had received them. I have filed a complaint asking for my money back over a week ago due to the terrible service received and have had no response since sending the photos of the flowers as evidence. I will not be using Debenhams flowers again.
