“Spent one hour
trying to place order on the website, extremely slow and then it totally lost my order , such a waste of time. Tried again, same thing happened. I emailed and they said the site is superfast so the error was with my browser not them. Please sort this out as I am not placing any more orders until site improves. Website is not fit for purpose.”

I can't begin to imagine the number of customers you lose each day because your site is the worst I have ever come across,and believe me, I shop online all the time.
