Website does not work!! Filters do not work!! Constantly takes you to the incorrect page exceedingly poor!!!

Losing the will .. website is so slow, reloads and goes back to previous items. Used to frequently order from Debenhams .. can’t be bothered now as it takes so long, which is such a shame as they still do great items at great prices.

Awfully slow website. Must be losing the company lots of sales. Always shopped at Debenhams over the years but not much luck online.

After 3 weeks my next day order was finally declared lost. The website is atrocious to navigate and took numerous attempts to get through to customer service to register my complaint. Finally got through using Facebook as email wouldn’t work! To end on a positive I was sent a refund and reordered the item as this was a Christmas present. Ordered at 4pm and the order arrived next day 10am. Delivered by David, Rugby my usual Evri delivery driver with a smile. Won’t use this website again, prefer websites with retail outlets!

Dreadful, dreadful website. I’ve given up ordering goods from Debenhams, even though I’d like to, because the website, is so bad, so slow, , jumps around and if you try to look at something it returns to the first item on the first page. You must be losing £s£s£s Debenhams - sort it out, you need a slick, quick, website that’s a pleasure to use. Yours must be the worst in the U.K.

Usually happy with debenhams but recently website is painfully slow and unresponsive. Just given up with trying to place order. Seems this is not an isolated case and can't understand why website hasn't been fixed!

What has happened to Debenhams website it is so slow when trying to view items I’m at the point now where I just give up!! They really need to get this sorted in the past I have never had a problem.

I would like to know in a country that is 87% white and 3% black . That why are 50% of models black no Asian. This is not diversity or equality

Still waiting for my refund from September. Sent 2 emails querying this but heard nothing .I will think twice about using debenhams again !

It was going too well, order was delivered very quickly but sadly the dress was folded in half and popped in a bag, no care taken. The dress was so creased I had to return....Please have respect for the customers orders. The 2 stars are for prompt delivery and the dress was nice but worth £189 and to look like i had slept in it. No thanks

Went to Debenhams today as the media said they were having a 70% off sale for Wild Wednesday. What tosh!! The items were no cheaper than they were 3 days previously. No reduction at all on a Maine Sweatshirt. Still £32 at the till so I didn't buy it.

I recently ordered perfume from Debenhams with the special offer of a goody bag worth £48. When my order arrived it had a box full of various sample size perfumes/skin care. I contacted Debenhams to ask why they thought sending free samples (which are normally given out when you purchase items in store) was equivalent to £48! The response was that in the T/C's it states this is a goodie bag of samples which can vary (?). I completely missed this and feel totally tricked. There were even items missing from the card holders... Be careful people, I could've bought the perfume cheaper from another online outlet. I was thinking the goody bag would have items I could use as stocking fillers for my girls. Don't think they'd be too impressed with these pathetic efforts! Very disappointed :-(

This is customer feedback for you. Your online web site is painfully slow. It needs some kind of overhaul or something. I gave up as it was so slow and went elsewhere

I have never felt with a company like debenhams insurance they are the worst company I have ever felt with I sent them numerous emails and they never bother to reply I will never deal with them again. Completely un professional

Bad costumer service plus very expensive insurance company once I could get the same car insurance and even with more protection for a lot less money then with debanhams. I just don't ended the contract because the money they ask me to pay for the cancellation is a ridiculous amount

Guildford Debenhams cafe is a disgrace. Staff chatting whilst tables left dirty. Had to ask for table to be cleaned before I put my tray down and no spray used. I asked if they used disinfectant and he said no, they rinse a cloth in a bowl of water to which a cleaner is added. He showed me the bowl and the water was filthy. This is during the Coronavirus epidemic!

I worked there for christmas temp , worst place every the management were unorganised and rude , I always got in trouble they never till trained me
