“I ordered a jacket 2 weeks ago today but after reading numerous negative reviews online I wasn’t hopeful at all. However this morning I received an email from the courier to say it was out for delivery and it’s perfect! I must be one of the lucky ones. I marked down one star as I contacted Debenhams last week via email but no response so customer services seems non existent.”
“Didn’t have to claim for anything but did have to change address when we moved and they didn’t charge a ridiculous amount to do this as did another provider for our other vehicle!”
“Whilst the visit to the Norwich shop was pleasant enough, it was spoilt in the restaurant when at around 10.00-10.30 on Tuesday 10th September, while enjoying a cup of coffee, an interview seemed to be taking place just a couple of tables away, involving a young girl and man - who by his manner, was probably one of Debenhams management. They weren't particularly quiet about it either. They only had a glass of water each, so coffee wasn't the reason they were there. Surely they must have somewhere more appropriate to hold these kinds of meetings? - and more professional too!.
We thought about having lunch there,decided to go elsewhere.”
“Customer service was amazing helping with transferring my 8 e-giftcards into one so I could use the whole amount on a lovely couch, that hopefully wont take 8 weeks or more (as per some reviews). Fingers crossed it comes next 4-5 weeks otherwise I will be sitting on the floor for 2 months!”
“The delivery service could be improved on, as it is not truly "next-day" delivery. Otherwise, order was processed without problems, delivery man was courteous and products were all received in good condition.”
“I bought a number of jumpers in the online sale. Very few were really what I was expecting, which was fine. I used the returns label which I thought meant I could return the unwanted items for free but I was unpleasantly surprised that it cost almost £6 to return the items (probably the same amount that it would have cost me in fuel to travel to my nearest Debenhams). If you spend enough to receive it freepost, you should be able to return items freepost. A bit disappointed Debenhams”

This was the only shop open ,during new years eve in leicester -what a relief !
They also had a wide range of sale products for me to choose from.
After disappointedly returning from fosse park (trying to look for a fancy gown for my 8 year old neice),I was so pleased when i found ted baker /monsoon frocks on sale.Didnt mind the parking fee even !!!
