“Always enjoyed buying from Debenhams stores. Would like to buy from the website but it takes such a long, long time to load. Sometimes nothing happens at all. Tried using various devices but all the same. Such a shame it hasn't been fixed.”
“Debenhams website needs improvement if you search items then go in to check size ,view larger etc you don't return to previous search point but return back to beginning and this happens every time,and only shows 40 items each time before it asks to show more .

“Bought my daughter a dress on the 7th for a party we are attending, she changed her mind and wants to go with something else she saw in store. I have tried to return the dress but my daughter has taken the tag off. I cant get a refund or store credit as there are signs of wear now that in mind my daughter had the dress on in the fittings rooms for around half an hour (this is the only wear) while the lovely assistant went to get shoes etc for her so she could see what it looked like as a full outfit, on arriving to the till the counter assistant noticed some marks to which my reply was it will be getting washed before wearing so it will not matter.
Im very annoyed that im now left with a dress that has been bought in the same condition it was returned in minus the tags and no one seems to want to help very poor customer service both in store and on the phone

“The high streets have released the Christmas trading for this year, and have said in general sales are down all year round, this year has not been good, I as a customer have been in a long queue waiting to be servef, or just looking for someone to help me find what I want where is all the staff, cut backs don't work you loose customets, I have walked out gone home and ordered on line, which I don't like doing as I like to see what I am buying, more staff less people will walk out and not buy, we all have busy lives and don't have the time to wait in long queues”
“Hi i got a bra fitting in your glasgow store, as i measured at a 28 back there was no stock in store, i always come to debenhams and i was very dissapointed as i couldn't purchase any bras.”
