"Ordered 3 different Jackets online and paid for insurance on delivery. They sent one jacket twice with two different labels on it, so in essence think I got all three jackets when in reality I got one jacket I wanted and another one twice with the label on it also for the one that I wanted but never got. Seems almost impossible for them to understand and taking really ages for the penny to drop. The stress free insurance I paid extra is also a joke as has been anything but stress free. They also expect me to pay for the return at this point but the returns option clearly shows I have to pay for their error. I also bought 3x trousers and one metal button came off as soon as I opened the package. Totally wish I had avoided them and didn't realise how poor the customer service and quality of goods are."

"I am extremely disappointed and feel cheated by my recent purchase from Debenhams. I ordered a 90ml bottle of perfume, but what I received was a 50ml bottle hidden inside packaging that had a 90ml label stuck over it.\r\n\u200bThis is not just a mistake; it is deliberate mislabeling and fraud. Selling a smaller volume while charging for a larger one is completely unacceptable. I expected better quality control and honesty from a well-known retailer.\r\n\u200bI want a full refund or the correct item sent immediately. To all potential buyers: be careful and check your items thoroughly. Debenhams is no longer a name I can trust."

"I will not be using Debenhams again. There customer service is terrible,. They can not be contacted, takes forever,. They can't keep to There police and after. A faulty item returned. Because unable to contact them. I'm charged 1.99 ..yet they owe me a refund almost a month tried to get refunded. Terrible worse service. Wouldn't use them again or advise anyone. Too. Because if you need to find...get hold of customer service. You can't no numbers etc."

Easy to find what you are looking for but filters can be improved more. Delivery with Hermes is good but as products come from different warehouses you get more than one delivery which can be annoying.
