I placed a store delivery order for a pair of ski boots and waited for 4 days only to be told that their experts skilfully managed to return the parcel to their own deposit instead of asking me to collect it. Then, instead of trying to find a reasonable solution, they decided that the parcel should be marked as 'returned' and I should be given a refund. For which I have to wait for another seven days. I've told them that I am going on a ski holiday in a few days and really needed those boots, but they have not been able to show the expected considerate and constructive approach or offer any compensation for the trouble caused. In the meantime, I can't buy the boots from another store because I don't have the necessary money in my account. But they don't seem to care about this at all, maybe they expect me to ski in my trainers. Very disappointing and also shameful services.

My order for a MTB was processed and waiting for me as advised by email, and I am very happy with the MTB I have purchased.

I ordered a bathrobe and a swimming dress online. Bathrobe is great but swimwear did not fit because if my body shape. Return was extremely easy. I returned the item in Wandsworth store for another one, all done very quickly and with a smile on the girl's face. Great shop, great customer service!

Placed a collect in store order. Expected delivery time was slow (4/5 days) but I was willing to wait. Never arrived. No email/feedback. Tracking number wasn't one that supported online tracking. Rang up and was told that parcel had been sent but had been lost. Cancelled order. Then got an email saying that I needed to return my items before I would get a refund. Not impressed with decathlon's online order system.

Had a big issue with my order being cancelled and not being informed. The staff managed to find the majority of my placed order which was a bonus. Was then told I couldn't purchase products due to having to wait for the voucher to be produced. Once again after a wait and some stern words from staff to head office everything was sorted out for me that day.

Great value for money. Delivery was brilliant too, slightly worried due to bad press but ignore those people!! I won't go anywhere else to buy my ski items. Thank you, Samantha.

Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas but a £10 e-gift card (as way of apology) came before my order. Whereas I'm grateful for the gesture, don't advertise your delivery dates if they can't be met

I've placed order at 28th of November . It supposed to be delivered at 16th of December . It's 3th of January and I haven't got anything , customer service is not replying back and I didn't received any explanation about delay Just total ignorance

I take my Labrador for walks every day over fields. Last year I went through five pairs of wellington boots until I bought a pair from Decathlon. They are way better than all the others and by far best value for money. So good in fact I bought a pair for my wife and two more pairs for the children. Highly recommended

My closest Decathlon store is approx 35mins away so I ordered online before the Christmas deadline for collection from ASDA. Collection advise for Friday 23rd Dec. On the Friday I was advised that my order wouldn't be in time for Christmas! A stocking filler for mu husband so not too bad but still disappointed not to have in time for Christmas. Collected today, 31st Dec from ASDA, I waited 20 mins..only 1 member of staff on!!! Very poor service saved by the product....As ordered, just what I wanted, good value. Not sure if I'll order on line again.

the coventry store is a rubbish dump papers and boxes all over the place not very good as this was my first time here

Great customer service received from Decathlon. I ordered a pair of wellies a week before Xmas and received them a few days later and a day earlier than stated. Unfortunately they were the wrong ones. Same make, but cheaper version. I rang Decathlon, and yes it did take a few hours before I got through, but considering it was 3 days til Xmas I did expect a bit of a wait. The lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful. She re-ordered the wellies for me, to be despatched direct from their Crawley branch and emailed me a return label for the wellies i'd been sent, which I managed to print off and post the same day. When I returned from the post office I had an email waiting for me saying the new order was being despatched. I emailed Crawley just to confirm this and asked if would they be here for Xmas, and they replied straight away confirming everything. I must admit, I had read all the negative reviews and had my doubts, but they arrived Xmas eve! Unfortunately, they were the wrong wellies again. The same as I had just returned. I rang Decathlon again not really expecting an answer, but my call was answered straight away. The lady I spoke to was again brilliant, very helpful and apologetic. She came to the conclusion that the reference number to the online product was wrong and as a goodwill gesture for all my inconvenience she upgraded my order to a more expensive pair of wellies at no extra cost to me. Again she emailed me a return label and I sent my parcel through the post office yesterday morning. My new order arrived in the afternoon, 3 days after Xmas day and the wellies are perfect! That's 3 pairs of wellies delivered to me in a week and I call that excellent service! Yes the online reference number should have been correct in the first place, but the customer service I have received has been brilliant. Thank you to everyone at Decathlon involved in my order.

I have used your lumbar belt (Lumbar Belt S300 - 1495484)many years ago, for a back problem. I found it so fantastically good that I have given them away to many people and bought new ones for myself. I have come in store for another belt and it has been discontinued. The new version is not even 25% as good as this belt. The origianal belt had hand mits which let you move the belt and two extra support belts to pull across which gave about 3 times as much support as the current products. Please would you be able to reply and explain why this product has gone end of line.

If I could give zero I would! I ordered items for collection but my daughter changed her mind so I never collected them. The money was still taken from my account. I've been trying to get a refund for two months now. The customer service department is next to useless.

Shocking service: Wrong item delivered, tried to call and email, no answer. Item sent back, receip as proof of delivery sent, no money back.
