There is no customer service whatsoever. They just don't answer. Taking the payment of course if very quick and efficient, the problems start when it comes to delivering the product. It just doesn't arrive, then you can't contact the support team. This, in my opinion makes them a service that is capable of taking money only. The rest of the operation is just pathetic.

1 star is generous. Absolutely atrocious service. Don't buy anything from this store. E-Bike broke down within 6 months after paying £89 for a full service 3 months after purchase. Parts take weeks to arrive. They only employ 1 mechanic and when he is off, tough. No regard for people's circumstances. No replacement available. Called the store everyday, just to get told to call back the next day. Gave the bike in on 08.07.2023, today on 18.07.2023 the part still hasn't arrived. Also, the mechanic is off for the next 2 days, so it may be fixed after 2 weeks. Who knows. I cannot understand how it is taking 2 weeks to fix 1 e-bike. It is not a rocket ship. I would never purchase anything from this store and I would advise others to save their money and go somewhere else for better quality and most importantly service!

This company are useless. I’ll never use them again FOR ANYTHING. Ordered a product to be delivered. Paid a hefty fee for the 24 hour rapid delivery. Five days later….nothing. Then an email to say they couldn’t find my address and the item was available for collection at some depot 50 miles away!! Staff on phone absolutely unhelpful and rude. Promised a refund-no sign of that yet either!! AVOID THIS SHOWER OF MESSERS AT ALL COSTS. They take your money and from there on in, couldn’t give a damn. As I write this I’m £225 out of pocket!

On the 7 June I placed an online order for a 4-person tent, 2 double mattresses, a pump for the double mattress, 4 trekking mats and two children’s sleeping bags. This cost over £350. I was told my order would be ready to collect instore in Edinburgh on 15 June. I called the Edinburgh store on 15 June and was told by a man that it hadn’t arrived but I should call back the following day after 1pm as more deliveries were expected. I was also told at that time that each of those items were available on the shelves in the shop already and if the delivery hadn’t arrived by 1pm the following day they would be able to source the items from the shop for me. Rather than calling the next day (16 June) I waited and called the store on 17 June. This time a woman at the store answered and told me the delivery had been postponed until 20 June. When I explained the previous call with her colleague, she told me there was nothing she could do and I should make a complaint to Decathlons head office in London. After I hung up someone cancelled that order. To be clear, I gave no one permission to do that at any point given I have a camping trip planned with my children. I was appalled at her lack of sympathy, her lack of flexibility and her refusal to try to resolve this using the solution her colleague had told me would be possible.

Went to decathlon to purchase a bike for my 9yo. He is between a 24 and 26 inch bike and took a bit of persuading to go for the bigger one to give him some longevity. The guys in store were so patient and went through all the gears on the bike and let him ride it a little to get used to it. Thank you for your patience. Fab staff

Clothes are sized ridiculously small on what I ordered ,,I’m medium and large was too small so ordered XXL and it fitted ,quality is not good ,thin fabrics poor stitching and stitching comes undone ,customer services is terrible they just keep saying a refund was issued and I’ll get it in 24 hours ….been over a week and I’ve still not got money back ,having to raise dispute with PayPal now ,item ordered that came from another seller but ordered at decathlon saying refund will take a MONTH when I sent back large jacket because I can’t get my arms in it !! I’m medium according to their sizing but I ordered large and It’s still miles too small

Looking for a cross trainer. Served today by Ayeisha at the Wednesbury store. Disappointed they didn't have a lot to try and nearly left the store, however, Ayeisha helped with explaining the ones they had in the store and also, looked on their website to go over the other cross trainers. I don't think anyone else could have been more helpful. Did decide on one and she had to search other branches to get the one I wanted. Very positive customer service experience.

Worst the products and totally bad customer service I purchased this backpack in April 2022 in Bergerc France, after two trip, all the plastic hardware have broken, I contacted Decathlon, they basically told me if I purchased in store, I have to go there to exchange, but I live in USA, I don't speak French, Decathlon customer service won't even care....Don't purchase anything from them, you will regret their attitude afterwards.

Received item in a terrible state. Box ripped and taped back together, holes in the box also. Items inside were dirty and clearly already used. Some items were missing. Tried to contact them, waited for 90 minutes before giving up.

Late last year, I was getting close to buying a house and taking out a mortgage. Little did I know that my ex wife got a rental that she continues to be 2 months past due, this wasn't looking good on my credit. BoostmyCredIT @ FastservIce dot Com, a private credit genius I got introduced to, helped in fixing the situation and restored my credit back to its previous high credit score. It took a little while but all is settled now. I've just moved into my new house and I've never been happier. When you handle credit issues, everyone gets what they want.

Bought a badminton racquet in Decathlon Auburn on Sunday and its strings broke at the first play on Monday within 5 mins. The staff said it is normal and no warranty, then let me go to the professional shop to fix it. I contacted Decathlon customer service, he let me restring it in Tempe Decathlon. I said it is a product issue, even though I restring it, it will break again quickly. Then he doesn't reply me any more.

In our world today, life goes beyond trying to be the genius yourself. With the level of my intelligence, I felt I knew all the moves peradventure I come in contact with these cheap online scammers so I thought. After days of scrutiny,  It felt safe to invest  $112, 000 of bitcoin with a crypto company I met online. In a month, my initial deposit had increased from that by $45k and you should know how soothing that made me feel. The narrative changed when my withdrawal request got denied several times then I realized I've been ripped off. My day was totally spoilt by one of your counter service lady at Center point half an hour ago. I went there to exchange a leaking air mattress with a receipt presented. She claimed that there was no record under my name/my husband's name. She even said it could be bought from carousel then exchange at your place. I was so hurt as it was really bought at your shop. I suggested to check on CCTV, or to check on the receipts. She just wanted to brush me off and insisted can not change. If it was not brought in your store, why would I want to insist? It was not helpful just to argue with me that you couldn't find the specific record under our name. And it hurts customers by doubting their dignity. The issue was handled well by staff Abdullah. His customer service was excellent. He was very patient, professional and helpful. After we showed him the receipt, the bank account statement. He checked the record in computer and scan the item. It PROVED that we really bought it in your store. It cleared all the doubts. If at the begging the other lady was able to do that, it won't hurt customer's feeling at all. Yes. You definitely have the right to check. But the lady was just assuming and not checking properly when handling my case. It is the the money matter, but it hurts me. It embarrassed me to argue over the counter. It made me so angry as I bought the item in your store and you kept on saying it was not. I am still very upset after coming back home. But I really want to thank Abdullah at Center Point branch for helping us. He deserves five starts. Thank you, Abdullah!

My family has been in silence for a year now. My eldest brother was being framed for murder and therefore wanted by the police. We got an attorney that was able to sort that out, only that his mugshot was all over the internet still. It was the most humiliating time of our lives as it made a dent on the family's reputation and cost him his high paying job. Paying any amount to take that down wasn't the issue so luckily, we got introduced to this great team that wiped all of that out with a way lesser fee. Since then, we've been able to walk like a free man. Forever grateful to ''JerryFIXESit @ CYBERservices dot com''.

I bought my Electric bike from Decathlon and part of the deal included a free check after a few months. I booked it in and the service engineer Ian did a excellent job and repaired a puncture which only cost £10.98 which I thought was reasonable. However, I went to the check out to pay and was informed that they only take card payments. I explained that I do not have cards and asked how I could pay as I only had cash. The cashier said it was the Store policy not to take cash and advised me to approach a customer and ask them to pay my bill for me and for me to give the customer my cash, I refused to approach a complete stranger and have the embarrassment of asking them to pay my bill so she said she would get the Manager. The Manager said exactly the same as the cashier and again I refused to approach a stranger and to put someone on the spot and cause us both embarrassment. I suggested I would call my wife so that she could pay over the phone and was told that they could not do this and she would have to travel to the store to pay which she could not do because she was at work and we lived 20 miles away. The only cause of action he said was to keep my bike in store until I retuned with someone with a card to pay the £10.98. The manager had no intention of helping me even though I pointed out cash is legal tender and I wanted to pay my bill. The bike was my property, paid for and not the stores property and I don't think they had the authority to suggest they would not allow me to take my bike until I had paid, which I was trying to do. Fortunately a woman and her son approached me because they had overhead the conversation with the Manager. They offered to pay because they said the Managers attitude was unhelpful and they were disgusted that somebody was being treated so badly whilst trying to pay their bill. It would of been helpful and would of stopped a lot of embarrassment if it has been explained to me when I booked my bike in for repair that they only accept card payments. I would like to thank the two people who came to my assistance and helped me. If this is now Decathlon's customer policy we will not be using the store again or recommend to family and friend. I find it difficult to understand that the store or Company think it is acceptable to suggest that a customer should approach other customers in store to ask them to pay a complete strangers bill on their card.
