“The tent and backpack I bought were both great quality. My class of Year Ones love the pop up tent in our outdoor space and it folds up quickly (and easily, if there are two of you!). My order was delivered to the Botley store in Oxford and the staff were really efficient and friendly. Thank you!”

“I mainly buy from the shop and I've never bought anything from Decathlon that I've regretted. Bought some (more expensive) stuff on line and that's easy. Once the purchase didn't work out on the anticipated date and that's always annoying, but the web site kept things informed and gave me the option to cancel ... I didn't.”
