“Not easy to see how ones loyalty card is linked to the account delivery charge is a lot and if a product is out of stock at a local centre it does not allow one to add it to checkout”

“Upon arrival to the Belfast store, I was met by an unhelpful female member of staff, she further pointed to a collection area for me to go. When in the area, a more unhelpful female whom clearly wished she wasn't at her place off work asked if I had ID, very swiftly I was handed a bag and the unhelpful staff member turn on her heels and left without a thanks, thank you or have a nice day! I left the store in under 2 minutes from arrival. I did witness it was a large store, and would off wished to have a further look around, but truthfully with the staffing attitudes, I will leave it!”

“I ordered two pairs of leggings and a compact back pack. The leggings are wonderfully sof and fit like a dream and the back pack was incredible value for money. The whole experience of shopping online with Decathlon was first rate.”

“After a trip to my local Decathlon to see and test the equipment, I ordered on line for delivery to my grandson who lives far away. This was very convenient and the postage was reasonable. The product was a badminton set and he loves it and plays a lot with his brother and friends. I am pleased with the quality and service from Decathlon. The variety in store is huge and the staff are helpful.”

“Generaly your service is good, but sometime not all size are avaible, exemple; last time when i have been in store and looking a trausers for my 6 years old son it was only 4/5 or 8/9.Your staff told me you can find that size on website but even that was not avaible. But I am satisfation about your shoes for kids, because it is only what brand what is good quality and long life( i mean my son do not destroit them after one month,he have got longer).”

“Good product. Unfortunately delivery takes way too long.Does it really take 4 days to process the item in your warehouse? Amazon and other online shops are far quicker..you get the item within 2-3 days normally.”
