“The price are fantastic and really competitive, I did not put a 5 only because some of the cheapest items were out of stock, if they were available I would have scored a 5.”

“I just love decathlon we used to use go outdoors, but not anymore your products are so much better not just price but quality! No problems with returns,refunds or exchanges just love decathlon”

“I bought few things for climbing and found out the bag to put the chalk in, came without tags and dirty, definitely it had been used before. Didn't exchange it as going to my closest Decathlon would have cost me even more money.”

“Ordered online on 15th Dec, for collect in store. Heard nothing for over a week. Went in store and bought the products - which were Christmas presents. One needed swapped for a different size. I got the e-mail notification on 26th Dec that the order was ready for collection, I went in store on the 27th to make the swap, so I just returned the online order as soon as I collected it.”

“Maybe it was just ordering at Christmas but my order got stuck in the system and I had no communication from Decathlon as to where my order was and when to expect it. It narrowly arrived just before Christmas and all was ok but I was very disappointed with the customer service from Decathlon. Having said that the scooter that I ordered is great.”

We are extremely sorry to hear that you canceled your order because of the delays that we have experienced. In regards to your enquiry, we would like to inform you that unfortunately we have experienced a strike in the border of France during last Christmas which caused 3-4 days of delays. We were trying to reach all our customers and kept them updated but in this case it seems that we failed.
