“Despite my order being picked by Thursday 15 December it didn't arrive at my chosen pick-up location until lunchtime on Wednesday 21 December by which time I had left for my Christmas break and had to go without the presents that were in this delivery. Nobody answered the helpline number when I was trying to enquire as to when the parcel would be delivered and a message to your Facebook page was ignored until the parcel had been sent to the pick-up location.”

“Ordered a Christmas present really late (Tuesday before Christmas) and the due date was 29/12/16 however I received it before Christmas which was amazing service. Very happy customer :)”

“We ordered items at the beginning of December for Christmas presents. We got an email a couple of weeks later stating the 1 of the items was out of stock. We emailed customer services to find out when the other items would be delivered, getting the reply of check your account. The Christmas presents finally turned up sometime after Christmas. Thank you Santa.”

“Decathlon made me happy because it had exactly the ski bobble hat I could not find anywhere in Canada. What was difficult was not being able to directly ship to Canada. We had to ship to a mate near Sheffield and have them mail it on to us. Please ship internationally to your Commonwealth partner Decathlon!”
