“Ordered xmas present - was worried it was not going to arrive - It did arrive but decathlon corresponded with me throughout to ensure safe deliver on time for Father Christmas to make his deliveries! Fab service. Also credited me £10 as it was out of expected timescales - thank-you this just made the experience a wow one.”

“Poor on delivery times, almost didn't get my stuff in time for my ski trip!! And the free delivery limit £70(?) is too high. Having said that I liked the ease of online ordering and accuracy of sizing guides. Products were well organized by sport and by function, comparison tool was really useful as well (especially when there were that many products serving seemingly similar needs). Enjoyed the product videos, and customer reviews. Products purchased were also of great quality, not losing out to pricier/ branded stuff. My ski outfit held out very well throughout my week in Val D'Isère. Thank you decathlon!!”
