“I am a skier. My friend is a boarder. I decided I would like too try boarding and bought these as the price was exceptional. The fit of the boots were very good, although a little tight across the middle but I have short fat feet I changed the insole for a thinner more supportive insole that I had and the fit was perfect. The boots were very comfortable. My friend used them on the day we swapped disciplines and he was very impressed said could not believe how good they were nearly as good as his own which cost 4 times the price. I used the click & collect service and was pleased with the speed and the n the help and polite service from the staff when I collected them.jon”

“I have bought some archery bits from you before and liked them so ordered a more expensive bow on the website for delivery. The items were as described but did take quite a long time to arrive, probably more than a week. The box that the bow came in said "read instructions" but there were none in the box, so I emailed Geologic (who are the makers and a decathalon brand I believe) and asked them to email me. Unfortunately I received no response at all. I think I would probably visit the store rather than use the website next time.”

“It was very easy to order. I chose click/collect at my nearest asda store as Decathlon store is many miles from me. Took a while but it was the xmas period but I was very pleased with the service. Now I know that I can order from Decathlon and c/c from asda I will certainly be using this method again.”

“Great products at great price, however the delivery service is poor. Took 5 more days to dispatch than indicated! No customer service, unable to get a response on phone or by Twitter. Once out for delivery I was able to pick up easily from my local Asda. Improve your dispatch and customer service then it'll be near perfect. Would not use online ordering and delivery again!”
