“I bought an exercise bike and was not sure where to start or what type to buy. The chap that served us could not have been more helpful he even showed us all the models on the screen and did everything for us. It was delivered in 2 days, with updates on the website, perfect. I have since ordered the same one for my house in Spain and they had it in stock and little female assistant put it straight on a trolley for us AND put in the car for us !”

“I am a skier. My friend is a boarder. I decided I would like too try boarding and bought these as the price was exceptional. The fit of the boots were very good, although a little tight across the middle but I have short fat feet I changed the insole for a thinner more supportive insole that I had and the fit was perfect. The boots were very comfortable. My friend used them on the day we swapped disciplines and he was very impressed said could not believe how good they were nearly as good as his own which cost 4 times the price. I used the click & collect service and was pleased with the speed and the n the help and polite service from the staff when I collected them.jon”

“I have bought some archery bits from you before and liked them so ordered a more expensive bow on the website for delivery. The items were as described but did take quite a long time to arrive, probably more than a week. The box that the bow came in said "read instructions" but there were none in the box, so I emailed Geologic (who are the makers and a decathalon brand I believe) and asked them to email me. Unfortunately I received no response at all. I think I would probably visit the store rather than use the website next time.”
