“Ordered kids xmas presents on 15th December. Were finally despatched on 24th December. Called numerous times but calls never answered. Poor and slow response to online comms. Unable to cancel the order so had to buy more presents so kids not left without. Delivery never materialised. Refund finally processed circa 15th Jan - A WHOLE MONTH LATER ! What a joke. This review is purely for this one time online experience. Products and shop itself usually decent and good value.”

“Decathlon carries a very wide range of stock across so many different sporting activities, and at very competitive prices, that it is always worth including Decathlon in any online research for specific items I am considering purchasing. I have purchased a number of items over recent months and have been pleased with the quality of the items and price.”

“I wanted to buy some mittens for the winter but there was a limited selection in store. There was a larger selection on line and I ordered a pair, size L. However, on receipt the mittens were too small. I'm not a big person, 1.70m, with "normal" size hands so I was disappointed that the large size didn't fit.”

“The order was fulfilled as required however it took too long for the order to be delivered to Asda for collection. I think you should aim to improve the click and collect time line, use Amazon as a benchmark.”

“I ordered two me a medium tops, they arrived but were incredibly small. I paid to return the items and then after a 2 week delay two small tops arrived. This was Xmas Eve. Eventually a week later two large tops arrived. A long, drawn out and expensive order!!”

“I ordered a product which wasn't delivered on time, but to be honest it didn't matter to me as I wasn't in a rush for it. Without asking, Decathlon sent me an apology with a voucher. I was very impressed.”
