“Taking out insurance: Everything works very smoothly to arrive at the end result. Clear instructions and plenty of opportunities to ask questions are given. It is a little like overkill to have to sign documents, scan them and send back but not a real problem. I have not had to make a claim yet so cannot comment on the effectiveness of claim procedure.”

“My insurance has always been renewed using the same dates & times as was used previously [albeit 1 year on] but this time the quote they gave went back a day. When I queried this as not normal, the advisor appeared not to understand & passed me to a colleague who just asked the date I wanted & refused to comment on what would be normal. As this has never been an issue before & they wouldn't be drawn on what was normal, I found the whole thing frustraing & extremly peculiar.”
