“I chose to go with the Aim quote not just because of the price but because of previous reviews posted about the personal service, lack of call centre nonsense and the independent character of the organisation. People referred to Hannah Roberts - and lo and behold did she not answer the phone, go through my details, managed to increase the cover, reduce the voluntary excess and still retain the same price. Well done!”
