“Just arranged new insurance for my house. Helped by the same person who I spoke to over three days to work through a few issues on the new cover. Very helpful and immediately up to speed on each call. So far a personal and efficient service. Paperwork was all available through a "portal" - which worked fine. Lots of documents to read, unfortunately, (some overlapping) but at least easy to access.”
