“A honest claim was made re subsidence and you and your reps have done everything possible to refuse the claim. We have to re-new with you whilst the claim is being processed (or in your case, not). Why do we bother with insurance companies? Please explain”

Thank you for the recent review, we understand your frustration. Unfortunately, your Insurance company do not believe the damage is subsidence related after their investigation(s). The independent loss assessor we have referred the claim to however disagree, and are currently putting a case together on your behalf to present to the insurer - with the sole intention of the claim hopefully being accepted.
