“The whole process takes far too long. Also the cost of £4 to send documents is too high so I used the email system where you sent 13 plus attachments. I therefore requested just the ones for signing which you did send . One of the most ridiculous things was charging a fee (be it small) on using my DEBIT card to pay the deposit. I have never heard of this before. I could understand that if I had used a credit card.”

“The process to chase up payments before their due date is excellent. My only concern was when paying for the insurance over the telephone and confirming verbally the total cost to be taken from the debit card, that upon receipt of the transaction, those figures differed and I was charged more. I was not informed that there would be a .5% charge for using a debit card (surely paying by cheque costs the company more?) I was informed of the 2% charge for a visa card and therefore declined to use this option. I then had to contact the person to ensure this was corrected immediately.”
