“You and GREG were very good I have one suggestion You need a clearer line for deaf people. Greg did well but the crackly line makes it VERY difficult for people like me who are very deaf This is NOT a criticism, but a suggestion”

“Very good service the only problem I have is that the lowest negotiated prices are still much more expensive that I could have got elsewhere this year ( £70 more expensive) . It’s a shame but if this disparity in price is the same next year I will have to reluctantly take my car insurance somewhere else.”
