“The staff at this company are amazing. I ordered one dehumidifier and then another one a little later the same morning. They phoned me to check that it wasn’t a duplicate order - a really good start. I was told the day the goods would be delivered, next working day, and when the DPD delivery company driver went to the wrong address, the staff at Dehumidifiers UK talked to DPD directly and tried to get the goods redelivered to my address. When DPD let them down, Dehumdifiers UK got involved again and the goods arrived the next day. They even phoned me up and e mailed me to check all was OK. So ten out of ten for service. The price was also very reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend Dehumidifiers UK.”

“I found that Dehumidifiersuk offered me the best price, next day free delivery and expert advice. I was so happy with the service and the dehumidifier I purchased I went back to them again for a second dehumidifier for my holiday home. I would highly recommend Dehumidifiersuk as they are the specialists in this field.”

“I purchased an Ecoair dehumidifier from this company. A prompt and efficient service and good communication. My one criticism is that they use DPD for their parcel deliveries, who failed to deliver my parcel on no less than 3 occasions. Thanks to Stephen from DehumidifiersUK, for taking the delivery from DPD and sending it me the next day as promised via another courier ... great after sales service!”

“Firstly, the Ecoair unit was the cheapest price on the internet. So took a punt and skipped Amazon to go with this retailer. Secondly, the postage was free which was unusual for such a large item. None of the competitors offered this. The unit was delivered the next day as stated - great! There was an additional promotion for a free weather station which was missing. Straight through on the phone to customer services who were very helpful and followed up with an email later that evening to resolve a fairly minor issue. I didn’t expect much from the cheapest retailer on the internet but was pleasantly surprised getting the best price and the best service.”

“We bought a dehumidifier from this company and couldn't be happier with the service. Communication throughout has been friendly, polite and speedy. The one I had ordered was out of stock and they emailed me with in a day (at the weekend) to let me know this. I then changed the machine I wanted to one they had in stock and this was delivered within 3 days. We live in a remote location and it was a miracle that it got here as soon as it did. Companies usually use our location as an excuse to charge more or deliver slower but not this company. Thank you for your excellent service.”

“Ordered my dehumidifier on the Tuesday and had it not been for the snow I would have received it the next day. It arrived on the Thursday and weather conditions were not great. Well impressed with dehumidifiersuk and the dehumidifier. Thank you”

“It's a really efficient piece of kit. Amazing the amount of water it collects. Dry windows every morning and the air is fresher too. The water container is user friendly I read reviews on other makes and chose this one as a lot of them had complaints about awkward containers, but this one is great.”
