“If your rail company compensates for 15 minute delays, this is a no-brainer. Very easy to manage on a smart phone. I easily exceed the monthly fee in compensation payments paid directly into my bank account.”

“- I've been paid for most of the claims I have submitted (about 5 in 3 months were rejected, which is not too bad) - Easy to use, especially with the subscription that submits the claims for the user. It takes about 10 mins per week to select the possible claims and add the tickets”
