We apologize for the delay in getting back to you, we've been researching why the delivery didn't make it to you and have sent a replacement order out to you with a different carrier

“We ordered two outdoor vail chairs. We loved them so much we ordered two more. Incredibly comfortable and beautiful. The only issue is that the accompanying all weather covers did not arrive with the first set. It rained a lot for the next four days so we are hoping they really are all weather. The covers did arrive for the second set of two. As soon as we alerted DM to the missing items, they generated a shipment for the two missing items. Excellent customer service and follow up. High quality futniture. Love this company. Have recommended and will use again.”

“Obsessed with our Vail counter stools - beautiful, comfortable, and incredible quality and design. We've gotten so many compliments on it and introduced Denver Modern to many friends. “I have to say while the price gives me sticker shock every time, each time I’m amazed by the quality of Denver Modern products. Their customer service is excellent as well, quick to respond and beyond helpful. I recently ordered bar chairs for my first home and messaged them on Instagram to see if I could redeem a sale but wait in shipping. They were quick, kind and helpful. Overall I’ve ordered from the several times and they’ve consistently been great to work with and have beautiful, comfortable pieces you won’t regret!”

“I love my two Vail chairs in black leather! The are so comfortable and stylish which is what I was looking for. So worth the wait!!! I had to play with the cushion placement, but once I adjusted them they sit more upright and I love them!”

“Money well spent! I was eyeing these vail counter stools for several weeks before I decided to take the leap and make the investment. I tried finding something cheaper but nothing compared to these stools. Denver Modern was running a promotional offer and I was able to buy 3 and get 1 free. Plus, Donny was kind enough to discount the shipping. With that, I couldn’t resist buying them, and I’m so glad I did! I can’t say enough great things about these stools. They are solid, sturdy, comfortable and are a show stopper. I was a little concerned about how they leaned back, but I don’t notice it at all when I’m sitting on them. They are well made and…cat approved.”

“I went to the showroom and it was a pretty good experience. The sales rep wasn't overly helpful, but rather just let us roam freely about the store. I found that a little strange since you have to make an appointment, but she was helpful enough when it came time to pay. Love my Vail lounger, super comfortable and a joy to sit in. The only beef I have is that the armrest is chipped on one side, so it catches on sleeves or feels rough against your arm. I also waited 8 weeks as I was told that was how long it would take to make. When the time was approaching I reached out because I hadn't heard anything...I was told I could schedule delivery immediately. Kinda makes me wonder if it had been sitting there for a bit and they forgot to tell me it came in (I'm local in Denver.) So I would advise you to check in with them early and perhaps get your delivery sooner. Then they scheduled the delivery on a wrong day, even though I had an email confirmation with the correct date. I had to tell the courier directly when it should have arrived, it was a bit of a cluster for an item in its price range.”

“I am SO excited about my counter stools. The quality of all the materials is just incredible. They are so sturdy and yet so soft and comfortable to sit on. Not only that, they totally up the game in my kitchen. They make everything look better. Shipping was great and they were packaged so well. I had no problems with things being chipped or ripped. Pretty much I had zero complaints about anything. I would definitely buy from them again. I am in love with their quality and furniture.”
