“We love Denver Modern and have ordered from them multiple times. Our latest order was in a new color, their green leather, which arrived quite a bit lighter than expected. I think they could have done a better job representing the true color or the leather … the close up photo is not close to what was delivered. Quality and everything else is outstanding…..”

“Excellent customer service, coupled with quality, and a gorgeous product. I ordered leather barstools, and a n elegant walnut dining room table with leather dining room chairs that match the barstools. My dining room furniture has not been delivered yet but the barstools were and they are absolutely exquisite. I can’t wait until my dining room furniture arrives.”

“These bar stools are the best furniture purchase I have ever made. They give such a good vibe to the kitchen design. I purchased 4 of the 24" gray/charcoal boucle fabric with walnut wood. I have dark cabinets in the modern kitchen and the fabric, wood and leather play well with the rest of the kitchen. I like that the back of chair is lower than the counter height. It keeps a streamlined look in the kitchen. Was very impressed with the short time of delivery. Well packaged, no damage, no hassles. I would definitely recommend this company to friends. I have already done so to several people who are remodeling. They sat in the stools and feel they are very comfortable.”

“Quick, efficient service. The Vail stools were well packed and, to my pleasant surprise, came fully assembled. A rarity these days. The stools themselves are solid quality with excellent materials that are worth the slightly higher price.”

“I ordered 3 stools in the natural wood. The stools are comfy and very ergonomic. I did not care for the fed ex delivery of the stools that I ordered and for that reason it’s an 8 out of 10 rating for the company. This should be handled by a proper courier who delivers furniture with an option for white glove service.”

“We ordered 2 Vail Lounge chairs. They are exactly as pictured - beautiful, and great quality! I was very impressed by how well stuffed the cushions were and how comfortable it was. The only negative is the back is very low, and it is impossible to sit up straight- you have to lie back in it! There is a way to tighten the seat but it is still very slouchy. My recommendation would be to get the matching ottoman! Overall, very beautiful, and well made- but you have to know that sitting in it you will be laying back- very difficult to sit up straight to read. Everything was very well packaged too!”

“We ordered two Vail counter stools in saddle leather with walnut trim and they are beautiful. The leather itself is gorgeous and the frame is very sturdy. After using the chairs for about five months, I had a concern about the cushion longevity. I was contacted immediately and offered a more-than-satisfactory solution. Truly, the customer service is incredible. They stand by their product.”
