“We were very early adopters/buyers of the Vail chair. We love the design of the chair. A mark of a solid company- and one you want to do business with- is when there is an issue. We expressed a concern that the original covers weren't holding up to our expectations and DM were great in resolving the issue and making us very happy customers. Again, the mark of a great brand is how they handle things when everything isn't perfect. DM delivers!”

“A friend of mine sent me a photo of these stools and I got online and got them. I purchased 4 Vale stools in White Boucle and I love them. I chose the walnut dowel and look great! They are going next to my kitchen island and fit perfectly. They are very comfortable. I changed a few items after I purchased them. I called and got Kyle. After a phone call and several texts, all was great! I was so happy with the service and the stools themselves. They were so responsive. The delivery went great. Now, they came by FedEx in boxes on my porch. Easy to bring in and unbox. I would highly recommend them!”

“I chose the Pearl leather/Walnut Vail Counter Stools for my new home. I am beyond pleased! Absolutely everyone that visits my home comments on them. They cost more, but definitely worth every penny! Exceeded my expectations. Colorado to Iowa, 4 days 👏”

“The Vail stools (white boucle) are aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. Denver Modern also provided exceptional customer service when the third party delivery service lost one of the stools. After notifying Denver Modern, they promptly looked into the issue and sent me another stool (thank you, John!). I will definitely order again from Denver Modern.”

“We love our vail bar stools!!! Like, we are in love!!! They updated our entire space!!! I researched for months and even had a free stylist consultation with Lauren, which was so very helpful!! She helped me choose a color for the space and best of all she advised me to purchase 3 stools for the space instead of 4 to make it more cozy!! She was absolutely right!!! We’ve already had guests to come over and brag about how beautiful they are. And they truly are, and sooo comfy!!! Honestly, sometimes I walk by my counter and just touch them because they feel so amazing!!!! And if all that wasn’t enough , they came fully assembled!!! What?? Yes!! Thank you Denver Modern!!! 5 stars recommend!!!”

“The Vail Stool is well made, comfortable, and stylish. I ordered 4 and one came with the wrong color wood dowel. Denver Modern was excellent and quickly shipped out the correct stool and arranged for pickup of the incorrect one. It was seamless and I appreciate the prompt attention and response. “I knew I wanted four Range counter stools before we built the home they’re in. In fact, the color of the wood on our kitchen island was chosen to complement the beautiful walnut in the swatch sent by Denver Modern. When we finally moved in and the stools delivered, one had been handled roughly during shipping. Denver Modern swapped it out promptly. I love the sleek, low-profile style, the backs sitting lower than the countertop. Very happy with the purchase.”

“I am new to Denver Modern. So buying based on online reviews and photos took a leap of faith. Still, I was drawn in by the sleek styling. I am so glad I took the leap and I am not disappointed by my purchases. The company was easy to work with and the shipping, packing great. The quality beautiful. These chairs work in my Mediterranean styled beach house.The only thing that would have made the experience better before purchasing was to see more videos or photos of people actually sitting in the chairs. The dining chairs I received are comfortable and look amazing. The lounge chair took some adjustment. You'll lounge in this one and to get a little more diversity out of the chair adding a pillow to sit more upright works. But, it's a lounger first in case your weighing that as part of your decision.”
