“We purchased the vail barstools. We love the style, the fabric and the overall detail. One of the stools had a slight defect in the dowel wood and we notified the company. They promptly responded, apologized, and sent a new stool! That was way beyond our expectations. This white glove service, along with the chic styling makes us a repeating customer with glowing recommendations. Thank you Denver Modern!”

“UPDATE: Less than 24 hrs after posting the review below I was contacted by Kyle who said "let's get this fixed" and told me they would send another stool and pick up the original one. I am very relieved and impressed with their customer service!! I purchased 4 Vail counter stools in the Wolf leather - they were packaged beautifully and arrived on time. When my husband and I opened and set up the stools in our kitchen we noticed some of them had scuffs on the leather (I understand leather is natural and subjuect to color variations) and one of the 4 looked almost like a different color than the other 3. Perhaps it was manufactured at a different time from the others from a different dye lot of leather but for the price of these stool I was disappointed. Was in the middle of moving into my new place though and don't have time or space to save the box and request an exchange. Otherwise they are very comfortable.”

“I love every single piece of furniture I bought from Denver Modern - even more than I thought I would when in the show room. It’s comfortable yet beautiful, classic yet interesting… I could not be happier with my purchases. Compared to some other furniture stores I also found the pricing to be very reasonable and dare I say inexpensive for the quality of the items when comparing to competitors of a similar echelon.”

“Our leather barstools showed signs of wear after less than a year - and Kyle from Denver Modern went above and beyond within an hour of us discussing the issue to get us replacements. I am blown away by their customer service and the quality promise they stand behind. I will buy from them again and again!”

“UPDATED REVIEW --1/13/25: Recieved a call from Kyle at Denver Modern shortly after my post; and he acknowleged my concern and is going to conduct a painless exchange--even after I threw away the boxes. I was very impressed how quickly he reached out and how proactive he was with ensuring I was a satisified customer. As mentioned, the product quality is absolutely amazing...but I need the correct height to ensure my total satisfaction of the product. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For the price, I wish I would have got a virtual or live consultant to help me. The product is amazing but what went wrong in this experience was my chairs were much taller than expected. We are now standing very high and it’s very uncomfortable. I don’t expect Denver Modern to exchange these for the smaller ones. I know there are measurements but as a consumer, it would be nice to get another consulting pulse check to make sure that we understand that high bar seats require a kitchen island to be at a certain height to make comfort easy. Honestly for this price, I pay for quality—-but gos a long way with a good consulting experience. I doubt that I have anyone from Denver Modern to help me now that it’s been unpackaged and sold.”
