"It was my first and last time purchasing with this company. I went in, hoping that it would be much like eBay and Poshmark, however, they do not protect their buyers at all. I purchased a jumper that was listed as excellent condition with one stain on a pocket. What I received was an item that had bleach stains all over the front of the jumper. I sent videos and pictures right away, and then I just received an automated response that essentially it was totally fine and not a misrepresentation of an item. Had I known the actual condition of this piece, I certainly wouldn\u2019t have purchased it. Luckily, I\u2019m crafty enough that I will just reverse tie-dye entire thing, but that\u2019s not what I wanted, and I would not have paid for this. Terrible seller for being dishonest and equally terrible platform for not protecting its buyers."

Then I realized the inside soles were completely separated and the shoes are falling apart. I tried to send them back and sent pictures and Depop said that I damaged the shoes, and they didn\u2019t come that way. It offended me and now I\u2019m trying to warn other people."

"I have gotten suspended for no reason on Depop and I had a balance still owed to me , items were shipped and delivered and they suspended my account , I have not received the money hundreds of dollars , I appealed the suspension and they said denied and this will be the last email being sent , please beware and don\u2019t sell on this app"

"DEPOP should be closed down with how bad it is! DEPOP is a SCAM for sure!!!\r\n\r\nMy first account got suspended claiming the photos were not my own when In fact they were mine! A few years later I make a new account under my married name and My account got suspended for no reason within 24 hours and can\u2019t get in to even find out.\r\n\r\nRubbish site would not recommend at all"
