“I do wish I’d have read these reviews before purchasing anything. I’ve spent over £50 now in shipping costs to have my item sent back to me saying the post office didn’t charge me enough ! I have sent emails asking for help and how I can make sure my items can be returned for as refund and they are now ignoring me. So I have paid for trainers, paid for postage to here and then over £20 to return them and I’ve now got a pair of trainers for £100 that I can’t return. I am so out of pocket . I don’t know what else o can do though”

The promised delivery date, of a few days from order, was missed by nearly 2 weeks and it was only when I chased them that they came up with the unbelievable excuse that the delivery van was in an accident and the shoes were damaged! “I ordered a pair of shoes which didn’t fit. Booked a return pick up which didn’t turn up. Arranged to ship myself, but Deporvillage refused to accept the tracked package. It is now on its way back to the UK. I don’t know what to do. Each email takes 3 days to get a response to and there is no other way to contact customer services. Really disappointing.”

Nothing stating that because I’m from the UK I’d be responsible for import charges. If that was made clear at checkout I wouldn’t have purchased.
Refused my dhl parcel as the extortionate import charges of £143 for a £271 order.
Deporvillage confirmed they have received my order back but nearly 2 months on I still don’t have my refund. I keep getting the same automated response wait another 7-10days. I’ve reported it to Monzo and Mastercard.
Now hiding behind a dispute being raised. Which if they was honourable they can refund and close dispute. But they fail to be a honest company. Stay clear.

“The company shipped my order through DHL. The driver disregarded the address information, not delivering to my suite address. Instead, he dropped it in an open public lobby after normal work hours. Naturally the package was stolen. Deporvillage refused to hold the shipper accountable and did not refund my money or send a replacement. I believe that is poor service. I am out $184. They have washed their hands of this. Do not risk ordering anything from this shady company.”
“I had an awful experience with the company. I bought a product in March and they sent the wrong item. It is August and I haven’t been able to return it as communication is really bad and they do not send the company to pick up the pacakage. Needless to say but they of course haven’t return my money +€100 when it has been all along their fault. If you are an international buyer, save yourself from ordering as you have to pay customs and you won’t be able to return a product even if it is their fault and sent you a wrong item.”

Do not buy from this company if outside the EU.
Returns are difficult if not impossible due to Spanish customs.
Spanish customs will request documentation from the receiver, Deporvillage, confirming your package is not an import.
Deporvillage will flatly refuse to provide this documentation or help you in any way.
Your purchase will be sent back to you & you won’t be able to return the product.
Deporvillage will claim you used your own courier so it is your problem. Although they do not offer a return courier service if you are outside EU & they provide no warning or guidance to help avoid problems with Spanish customs.
All Depovillage needs to do is respond to the courier company, it’s a 2min phone call or email to provide customs with the documentation they require to release the package for delivery.
It is a complete stitch up. Do not purchase from them”
