Thinking I got a great deal I've just been hit with a £55 import duty charge. There was no mention of this when I ordered and it seems common reading back on all the 1 star reviews. The package also took far too long to come and the helmet was so uncomfortable I sold it. Never again”

She admitted that they had not packaged the item, but basically said that I had no rights. This company is criminal and does not abide by its own policies and more importantly, the LAW!!!”

I obtained finance for a new bike and purchased the bike through deporvillage, the wrong bike was delivered (completely the wrong bike), I contacted deporvillage and I was told they couldn't help over the phone. Not a single reply from deporvillage to my emails, they briefly replied on twitter, no resolution, no communication, no bike, no refund. I'll have to issue a credit card refund with my card provider and deal with the finance cost now, and the matching parts I've ordered for the new bike which cannot be used.”
“I ordered some ski gloves and ski mitts. Price was on great on sale. Shipping rate was acceptable. As price was in Canadian dollars, I assumed this online retailer was probably in Canada. After these items were shipped via DHL, I received a text notice for payment of duty, customs and tax - about 33% of the initial price. No where did it mention/warn me of this extra payment. I then did some extensive searching on their website to learn their are located in Spain. Also learned they guarantee best price but also, additional fees may apply for international shipments. This information should have been forthcoming. There wasn’t any saving. I wished I would have shopped local!”
“I have ordered garmin edge 530. Deporvillage is the worst customer service I have experienced. Bear in mind that you would have to pay duty fee+VAT if you are a UK customer. The product has been returned from UK duty (as I have not paid it) and weeks after I am still having a battle for a refund and they still charge me via klarna service. Klarna has said that they have not even marked this product for a refund so they cannot issue this refund.”
“This site is a scam. I ordered On running clothes and receives them all in wrong sizes. After contacting their managers through LinkedIn, they agreed to replace the order and it happens I received wrong again.
Now the want me to return it so they can reimburse me.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, and they sent me the wrong product. When I contact them, they claim they Don t refer to that type on their website, even after I proved with links and screenshots of their website!!! When I ask how to get the right prodimuct and where to I have to return the product, just the few words as answer from them: "we don't refer to that specific, you type, you are wrong! (?????!!!!!!)

“Just awful still waiting on a resolution after they sent the wrong item all the way to Australia. Then they blamed me for ordering the wrong item the promptly closed my case stating I could send it back if I want… $70AU no thanks.
I was able to prove I was correct and was offered 50% refund which doesn’t even cover a replacement item which I bought on sale.
Never got an apology or explanation. After they read my review on trust pilot they said my transaction was under investigation. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing. The original purchase was on 8/11/2021 and it’s now 27/11/2021 and I am in the dark? I have two mismatched product I can’t use and no idea what’s happening.
I would say if you can’t buy something else where just don’t buy it but an alternative somewhere else.

If you have the bad luck to have some inconveniences with your order, then it will be a pain in the ass to solve them with this customer service. They answer the phone and if you cannot speak Spanish with them, they put you on hold for 10 minutes and then hang it up. Never ordering something from here again.”
