“I have spent 7 weeks trying to get my order delivered, or re-imbursed, and yet I am going to spend a few more minutes to write this review, out of a sense of obligation towards any future customer, before I ever again say or see the name Deporvillage.
AVOID.
Purchase was meant to be delivered in 24hrs. The day of delivery was postponed a couple of times, the customer service reply messages were automate copy paste of each other. It was clearly a systemic farce.
I reached out to the mother company/ manufacturer of the product I had ordered, and to the official distributor, and to the transport company, and claimed a chargeback from my credit card company. I tried through these channels to get clarity, and for them to inquire directly about the status of my order, and still, it took long weeks before finally the credit card company approved my dispute request and refunded me.
No one needs to waste as much time. And reading through the reviews posted here, I believe that I could also still be waiting in vain.
AVOID.
Deporvillage should be exposed, and be deterred from cheating.”
“Very bad store, I don't recommend it. They only think about sales. I ordered a vest and a long sleeve T-shirt, but the sizes did not correspond to the size chart indicated on the website. I wanted to return the product or exchange it, but there is a fee, and the cost of returning it exceeds the cost of shipping the product to me. The cost of the product is about 100 euros, the cost of delivery is about 25 euros, the cost of return is about 35 euros!!! That is, the cost of delivery and return of goods costs more than half the cost of the goods themselves! Complete nonsense! How are you still working?
I order products from various online stores around the world, including the USA and China. Never had any problems with returning or exchanging goods. Only deporvillage.net has a problem with returns, and this despite the fact that the warehouse and office are located in Europe, in Spain, and not somewhere overseas. Don't order anything from them, save time, money and nerves.”
“It's the worst e-commerce that I know. I bought a goggles and they sent me the wrong colour. I asked for a return and they said that the color may vary. However, the colour is completely different I bought a green and blue and they sent me an orange and pink.”
“Do not use! Scam. Trying to return goods and it's impossible. The at home pick up is clearly a scam, no one showed up on three several occasions, no tracking or confirmation email is received from the courier. “I have been shopping online for over 20 years. In all this time, I have never experienced worse customer service than here. I received used, incomplete goods, probably after return. I wrote to support. Even though the shipment arrived in perfect condition, the support blamed them entirely. When I disagreed with their opinion, they spent several subsequent emails trying to force me to blame it on GLS. Support even asked me for photos of equipment that I wrote about as missing in the set, absurd. When I firmly refused and wrote to them that I would report the matter to ECC, I received an answer that I had to return the product and pay for the return. You are just frauds, why should I pay for your mistakes and incompetence?”
“Be aware they dont accept returns, they violate eu return policy laws. Bought two times by them. Got all products ordered an no fake items. But the second time i wanted to return the items because i didnt need them anymore. When the package was delivered to them they didnt accepted it and the parcel returned after 4 weeks. I payed shipping to them for nothing and still have the articles i dont want, lost over 170 €.”
“Ich habe zwei Rücksendungen in einem Paket an Deporvillage geschickt, beide gesondert ausgewiesen. Es handelte sich insgesamt um fünf Teile, davon ein Trikot Set. Ich musste mehrfach nachhaken, bis ich überhaupt eine Rückzahlung erhalten habe. Diese war nicht vollständig. Auf erneutes mehrfaches Nachfragen, entgegnete das Unternehmen, man werde prüfen, ob das Trikot Set angekommen sei. Erneut musste ich mehrfach nachfragen, bis ich die Antwort erhielt, man habe nichts erhalten und werde nichts erstatten - und das, obwohl alle Teile in einem Paket mit den anderen zurück gesendeten Kleidungsstücke enthalten waren.
Ich kann vor dem Kauf bei Deporvillage nur warnen.”

Honestly, it's the first time I receive an empty box when shopping online.
Of course, the customer service was unable to help.

“if you don't mind waiting two weeks (what takes two weeks? walk through the store room, put the items in a box and ship...easy) from order date to ship date, then use deporvillage. at this time i still haven't received my order,..now it's in the hands of an unreliable (previous experience) shipping company. use ANY other online vendor.”
“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased some ASICS shoes and unfortunately it was the incorrect size. I returned the item by following all of the returns steps exactly as it is on their website and I paid for the postage to return it. It took 2 months and the product ended back on my doorstep. It took about 20 emails back and forth for them to then say that the product and packaging I sent them was damaged. The box and package that was returned to me months later was perfectly intact. Their returns policy is not what they say it is BEWARE!”

“Buyers Beware, do not trust this company and avoid buying anything from them. Deporvillage does not respect the European and local laws concerning the right that clients have to return the item within 14 days of it’s delivery, as that they are legally abided to do. I've bought a Zbike with a defect. I’ve reported the defect straight away and as the quality of the item was poor so decided to request a return of the item, as it’s my right. The customer service simply did not accept the items back, as it’s mandatory by law. I will now need to go to court to enforce my rights of something that should be granted straight away. Terrible experience, as a ex-client I can only advise to buy elsewhere”

“It seems Deporvillage doesn't have things they sell in stock. I ordered some boots on 11/10/2022 and was given a delivery date. That date was later changed when they didn't deliver on the first dates, and again changed. Finally, after writing them a couple emails and they replying they would deliver the boots, they said they wouldn't deliver at all - this was after 40 days of waiting.
They blame their "supplier" but I didn't order boots from their supplier, I ordered from Deporvillage and Deporvillage didn't deliver.
I believe their website is a lie. They suggest they have things to sell, but take your order and then don't deliver.
No ski boots for my daughter for Christmas. Thanks to Deporvillage and their lies.”
“DV advertizes they deliver in 24hrs. This was the key reason why I have ordered from them because needed to get Christmas gifts before my travel date. They have sent a mail on the next day 'sorry we can deliver your order within 2-4 days only. I feel fooled and disappointed so I don't recommend this shop as a 'reliable' store.
Order only if it's not urgent for you as they cannot deliver what they commit.”
“Ordered shoes and cycle cleats, went up a size as recommended. Shoes horrendously uncomfortable and too small. Returned shoes for refund but they DO NOT make clear just how much they are going to charge you in 'Administration costs'. I did receive a refund but at a huge percentage of the purchase cost in 'Administration costs' having already paid a large fee for shipping in the first place. Definitely won't use this lot again.”
