“If I could leave no stars I would. I have never been so frustrated and annoyed at a company for a long time. Two orders made for 2 different size house signs. 1 sign as ordered. The smaller of the 2 was completely the wrong address. In fact it was the default address on the design maker facility you could use. On checking my order, this was Design a Signs mistake not mine. My order clearly stated my address on both signs. Spoke to Luke White and he asked me to take a photo of the wrong sign and send it to him. Reply sent saying a new one would be made and sent out to me ASAP. THAT WAS 7 WEEKS AGO! No more communications from them at all. Frequent phone calls from me and all I’m being told is my new sign was sent, despite them never sending me a tracking number. A third sign then being made ASAP and sent to me. I asked Luke White to give me the tracking number and alas no number and in fact when I phoned I was told the sign was never collected, Personally I would recommend people go somewhere else and buy your house sign as this company is clearly a circus and cannot manage their own errors. Orders are not checked before being sent out. I would hate to think how a customer made error would be dealt with. Avoid this company.”

“This has to be the worst purchase I have made along with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would NOT recommend this company, service or goods to anyone. The letters were cut badly and no fixative or template was sent to place them on a wall. I chased them numerous times to ask for the fixative and template only to be told the courier was delivering them the next day. Once they take your payment they couldn't care less about the quality of the items they supply or the service they deliver. I asked for a refund but was denied one. Had I been aware of other reviews i would have avoided using desigasign.co.uk. Shoddy, absolutely shoddy.”

“Not a great service. Their design services are terrible. When the signs finally arrived they were cut poorly and with a dirty cutter causing the sign to have a dirty look to them. I gave up at this point. Would never use again”

“I am completely unhappy with the product and service received from beginning to end. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. They are extremely unprofessional and don't seem to have a clue about what they are doing or about customer service.”

“Although the product itself was very good, the customer service is awful. They delivered my sign over 1 week late. And on my second order delivered it to the wrong address by about 120miles. We then had to arrange couriers and refunds and all sorts. Overall a bit of a nightmare.”

“Awful. The sign was printed onto a thin film of plastic that was then stuck onto the aluminium plate. We expected the decals to be printed onto the aluminium as per other similar signs and name plates we have bought. The resulting product looked cheap and nasty. We binned it.”

Hello I am very sorry to hear of your disappointment with your sign. Your sign was printed onto a vinyl lamination material and then applied to the Aluminium as described within our product description for this particular product. I am sorry that it was not what you were expecting, however we assumed that you were aware of this when you placed your order online. If you had contacted us prior to throwing the sign away, we would have possible been able to exchange the material for something else to ensure a happy transaction.

“Absolutely useless ordered 14th June and still nothing.... Contacted twice and only got back to the second time... I just feel the service is severely lacking..... Better off just using a local company.”

“Don’t use said it would be with us by 12th June and nearly a week on and still no idea when it will be delivered. Shop has opened without signage. Not helpful when you call but they’ve got your money so don’t need to be. I wouldn’t use again.”

“Whatever you do do not use this company. Absolute scam and unprofessional. 3 weeks after ordering this sign it has still not arrived. Called on numerous occasions. Said dispatched but they do not have a tracking number yet??? We had to open our shop without a sign thanks to these guys. When we complained the customer service rep who is possibly on his last neurone came back with an answer of “well you're not the only customer we’re supplying”. Seriously, do not use these people.”
