“I ordered the sign with Spanish writing for a Spanish friend. Therefore it had a accent above some letters. Sign arrived without accents and therefore meant a completely different phrase. I am unable to now provide this as a gift. Complete waste of money.”

“Dealt with by at least 3 different people to design a very simple sign (a logo and some text), v. slow service compared to other providers (48 hours to get back proofs with tiny changes). I had outlined a deadline throughout the process which was not picked up on, and ended up having to cancel the order last minute and go with a local company who thankfully turned the job around in 2 days. Extremely poor customer service, phone lines that aren't answered (no answering machine even) so had to call repeatedly throughout the day. When the order was cancelled and refund processed, I still got notifications and an invoice from Design a Sign! I also asked them to remove my contact details from their database, so should not have received this feedback form in the first place.”

“It is so bad.I wait nearly two month for my order and after I receive It was not that I ordered it. Do not order from this site.I have a bad experience with this company and never ever I order it again. Ridiculous”

“No delivery on an order from October Some response from the vendor Luke White - but so far they have failed to deliver to me twice - I get the feeling they are blaming the delivery firm and theres something else going on. Currently raising a dispute through my credit provider as well as trying to get a response from designasign.co.uk. Recommend going somewhere else - so far, very unreliable firm”

“Extremely poor service our order was processed over a month ago and we have still not received our sign. When they finally answered our call we were promised delivery twice but still no show. Tried calling again no answer what option do I have but to leave a bad review.”

“I ordered a acrylic and metal sign for our office and I am Incredibly disappointed with the product and customer service from this company. Firstly, it took weeks to arrive. It was first sent to the wrong address and when I did receive it it was incomplete. A back panel was dispatched but when I unpacked it there were no drill holes in it to mount it on the wall. When I contacted Luke he said I should drill the holes myself. When I did put the sign on the wall I found that the print was slightly damaged and not perfect. I contacted Luke again who denied any responsibility and when I asked for a partial refund he has not returned my emails. I wish I’d read the other reviews before ordering as I would never use them again. Poor product and very poor customer service. Would give them 0 Stars if I could.”

“Shocking service, order was placed over 5 weeks ago, still not received. After chasing up numerous times I have now asked for a refund, this was a week ago and we haven’t had this yet either. I would not recommend.”
