“The company from start to finish have been brilliant. I had to change my delivery date a few times and they where always helpful. The furniture came on time two lovely polite drivers came all the way to Mablethorpe. Excellent quality highly recommend.”

“We ordered two blue armchairs - they look fantastic in our kitchen. The customer service was excellent - they phoned to check through our order and make sure we were happy with the colour and studding. Excellent delivery and arrived just before Christmas. We’ve had so many compliments.”

“I had a very good experience with this company. Ordered 2x 2 seater settees, chose the color of the leather and wood. Had to wait for it to be ready, but they arrived within three months. The customer service has been exceptional, very friendly and helpful when I enquired on the delivery date. The sofas are so beautiful and well made. Now they have to be sat on to make them lived-in. New leather sofas always take a bit of time to become cozy. I'm so happy with my purchase.”

“We had a small problem with our new suite. The after sales communication was excellent. The problem was resolved very efficiently. Delivery was on time and the suite which was the leather Chesterfield looks amazing. Thank you”

“I had to wait a couple of months for the sofabed to be manufactured, but it was worth the wait. It is very comfortable and find myself falling asleep on it. I have had it for about 4 months. My kittens find it comfortable too. Delivery drivers had to navigate a small entrance and narrow hallway to bring my sofabed into the lounge. They carried this out professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.”

“Beyond expectations. Quality of product and customer service shown by designer sofas4u is a benchmark other companies should strive to replicate. I ordered a wing back chair with a firm seat cushion believing because I'm 6'7" and 18 stone this would support me best. Within 48hrs a customer service agent contacted me to discuss the order and raised the choice of seat cushion firmness. After discussing this point on advice I opted to change to medium firm. Contact for delivery by text and email for delivery was excellent. Delivery on the day was of the same standard and a phonecall from the delivery driver giving an exact time of arrival was very convenient. The delivery men were very polite and professional. I'm not impressed very easily and often to my own detriment hold the bar too high. This is one company that exceeded that bar.”

“We recently brought a lounge chair, not the cheapest on the market but as I say, if you want quality, then you have to pay a little more. And I was right. It was exactly as we had hoped regarding size, shape, quality and design We did notice a small light spot on the leather. When we spoke to the team at designer sofas 4u they immediately dispatched a polish kit and explained how to polish out the mark The team are very helpful and knowledgeable Would highly recommend”
