“We had a small problem with our new suite. The after sales communication was excellent. The problem was resolved very efficiently. Delivery was on time and the suite which was the leather Chesterfield looks amazing. Thank you”

“I had to wait a couple of months for the sofabed to be manufactured, but it was worth the wait. It is very comfortable and find myself falling asleep on it. I have had it for about 4 months. My kittens find it comfortable too. Delivery drivers had to navigate a small entrance and narrow hallway to bring my sofabed into the lounge. They carried this out professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.”

“Beyond expectations. Quality of product and customer service shown by designer sofas4u is a benchmark other companies should strive to replicate. I ordered a wing back chair with a firm seat cushion believing because I'm 6'7" and 18 stone this would support me best. Within 48hrs a customer service agent contacted me to discuss the order and raised the choice of seat cushion firmness. After discussing this point on advice I opted to change to medium firm. Contact for delivery by text and email for delivery was excellent. Delivery on the day was of the same standard and a phonecall from the delivery driver giving an exact time of arrival was very convenient. The delivery men were very polite and professional. I'm not impressed very easily and often to my own detriment hold the bar too high. This is one company that exceeded that bar.”

“We recently brought a lounge chair, not the cheapest on the market but as I say, if you want quality, then you have to pay a little more. And I was right. It was exactly as we had hoped regarding size, shape, quality and design We did notice a small light spot on the leather. When we spoke to the team at designer sofas 4u they immediately dispatched a polish kit and explained how to polish out the mark The team are very helpful and knowledgeable Would highly recommend”

“I have had a great experience with this company. We got a large chesterfield sofa and tub chair and 2 wingback chairs for a really good price in a sale. The ordering process was very easy. We received confirmation of delivery date and time via email with the option to change. The delivery was on time and very organized. 6 months later and the furniture looks good as new! Will definitely use this company again.”

“Very happy with our Union Jack sofa and chesterfield sofa bed. I came to the factory to check them out before buying and staff were very helpful and made sure I got the right ones. Delivery was booked in and again the delivery guys were helpful making sure they got them in, although it was a tight squeeze. Would highly recommend this company, great value and great products”

“I ordered some swatches on 24/05/2022 as I was unsure of what colour I liked. I was in shock to open my post today and they was there. I have to say the speed they arrived was amazing and showed me what a fantastic service they offer. This shows me how effective there service is and I am so looking forward to placing my order for my sofa. If the service they gave me for the swatch order is anything to go by I will be over the mood and the quality of the swatches I got sent was fantastic.”

“Great quality and service Was very nervous spending that type of money, the time they gave was correct, The delivery driver was spot on and delivered up 3 flights of stairs ( no lifts) I also live in Edinburgh other side of country lol from there depo, and that wasn’t an issue either ( if you live in a tiny (London/Edinburgh Flat the sofas or chairs are perfect size for this ,I can’t believe how light they are so extremely easy moveable and very comfortable, I have also recommended to friends and family , 5 stars I definitely be back ?”
