“Pleased generally with my purchase of an arm chair, if there was one thing to say it was there were a couple of small chips of wood that had come off the rear feet, but I have painted over them and I didn’t bother to complain. It’s not noticeable unless you look especially.”

“I can only praise this company for their service I have contacted them on several occasions and have always had a prompt and courteous response. My sofas were delivered by two lovely men who had the furniture set up in no time at all and all packaging removed. I had a few small issues with the furniture and their after sales Manager Samantha has been marvellous she quickly arranged for a technician to come out and he sorted the minor problems out in no time. I think praise should be given when due and this company deserves just that. My furniture is lovely the small issues resolved quickly I cannot fault this company for their service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Once again I wish to thank Samantha for her quick and courteous response and the help she provided for me. I give a big thumbs up to this company.”

“Although slightly wary of buying online without viewing the product beforehand, I recently purchased 2 Chesterfield Queen Anne chairs. I needn't have worried; the chairs were delivered on time and I am absolutely delighted with the quality & workmanship involved. My later enquiry regarding a replacement seat cushion was handled personally with care and consideration by Samantha (After Sales Manager)”

“Thank you Designer Sofas 4U I now have 2 beautiful chesterfield sofas, and whilst there were issues with second sofa, the way the issue was dealt with was excellent!! “I have emailed customer services three times now regarding the non delivery of their leather cleaning kit. Promised delivery but just did not happen. Last 2 emails just ignored. Not impressed. Extremely poor after sales service. Taken my money but they have not fulfilled their order obligations. I will not use or recommend them in the future. Let down. Following this review seen above the company made contact and sent me the missing item (in fact sent me two) within 48 hours. Many thanks”

“This review is purely based on the customer service I received from Samantha when ordering. She sorted out a problem with my order and when she noticed a further problem, she went to the trouble of calling me back and verifying whether the order was correct, by dong this she prevented me from receiving the wrong item even though the mistake in ordering had been mine. I haven't received the chairs yet as I only just made the order and therefore cannot comment on the quality of the product or the after sales service, but if the quality of service I have received so far is an indication then I will be a very happy customer indeed.”
