On the one occasion I found it necessary to contact the customer service dept.,they were polite,helpful and well informed. From initial order to point of delivery,an all round first class experience.”

“Amazing service from beginning to end! The sales team were able to answer all my questions and concerns. The sofa bed was ready well within the guaranteed timeframe. I was particularly impressed with the delivery team, who had to get the sofa to the first floor and into an awkward, little area. I expected it to be difficult, but they were absolute pros. I have yet to test sleeping on the sofabed, but it is a stunningly beautiful piece of furniture and comfortable to sit on. I feel it was created just to my specifications, and honestly I am in love with it! Excellent out of 10!!!”

“After searching around for a high back two seater settee, I visited this showroom and immediately found one which met my needs. Very comfortable and well made. Didn't really want a recliner, but now i've got it i'm glad.”

“Bought chesterfield chair. Great quality and comfort so I bought another. I was kept well informed of delivery dates and driver telephoned to let me know when he was half an hour away. Good customer service. Will buy again.”

“The whole order on line was easy and sorted , the only issue was that I was not sure of the fabric colours ..... We both liked the design right away , I did not want leather as we have two cat's as pets....they don't usually scratch the furniture but there is always a first time.....lounge suite was well packaged , had to wait a little while for delivery but all in all we are happy with the lounge suite, very comfortable and cosy....”

“We decided to visit the showroom on Saturday to try the chair we liked before buying. Sam was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we could try the chair we wanted. We bought the leather egg chair which looks great in our home. Sam restored our faith in customer service and is a credit to the company. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.”

“I had a chair delivered 3 days ago and on inspection there were visible staples holding the material in place on a seam, on the back of the chair. I have sent 2 emails with photos, but have had no response. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely not recommend this company. I have now received a response from Sofas 4U. They advise me that if I had emailed the aftersales instead of the info@designersofas4u, I would have received confirmation that they had received my email. If I had received a response I doubt I would have posted, at least until they had responded and advised me of the action they would be taking. They have now said they will replace my chair and remove the faulty one on 10th/05/2023. I have updated this review pending a final resolution. Replacement chair arrived on time today 10th/05/and all appears to be in order. Even with the resolution I doubt I would go back to this company, as I still find it inconceivable that they would allow an item to be stapled together in full view, and then dispatch it to a customer. They did at least do what they promised, hence the revised star rating.”

“Super quality product. Really helpful sales person who took my order for an item that was bespoke style and leather to match another item I had previously purchased. Highly recommended. Only thing that could have improved my experience this time was for the accounts team to have updated the driver that I had already actually made payment in full the day prior to delivery. It was embarrassing to my friend who took delivery of my wonderful chair to think that I had not paid and the driver not wishing to drop off my chair without demanding payment.”

“I purchased both a leather Chesterfield sofa and a Chesterfield armchair, they are both very nice and are good quality , the service was good and were both delivered on time and on the day they said they would arrive, I will definitely use designer sofas again, many thanks andy barker.”

“I had sourced for sofas from different furniture stores in virtually all the big malls around me, for about 2 years now, looking for exquisite sofas, without success. I got the details of the Designers Sofas 4 U, and I looked through their website. Alas !! I was spoilt with choices of superb furniture that met my requirement. I contacted customer service on the phone and I was able to put my order, through a seamless process. I have had my sofas delivered now, and I am very satisfied and impressed with my purchase. The sofas were made of great materials that were topclass, with great aesthetic patterns, and they were cost effective, and far-outclassed the exorbitant sofas sold by the major UK companies. Will buy more. Highly recommended. 5 star ⭐️ ? ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”
