“Fantastic service, did exactly what they said they were going to do. Was also the only place in the Country where I could get this particular ICandy pushchair, sold at a great price too and delivered with no hassles. Can't recommend enough, keep up the good work!”

“I have not received excellent customer service like this in a long time, it was outstanding! I live in Newcastle and couldn't get the pram I wanted in the area. A quick look on Internet and I found Direct For Baby. Spoke to David via phone and within 10 mins he phoned me back with a price, sent me an invoice, I paid via PayPal and he arranged a very quick delivery. The pram was at my house 2 days later!!!! Everything was perfect, but I asked if I could exchange an item for a different colour. He emailed me posted the new item and a return slip. I honestly was amazed! Very professional and customer focused! Thank you so much, I wish all retailers were as fantastic as you David!”

“We ordered a very popular Kiddy car seat from Direct 4 Baby - they were incredibly helpful and responsive (thanks David @ Direct 4 Baby), not to mention I ordered the product at 2pm and it was delivered by 10am the next morning! Amazing service and I'd definitely recommend.”

“I bought a tutti bambini chair and it is brilliant for my wife to breast feed. Also a cacoon for baby to sleep in to protect from cats. Quick and efficient. Got back to me over questions I wS asking pretty much straight away. Would defo recommend.”

“The product is great - just what we needed for the top of the stairs. Had an odd arrangement with the banisters and a metal gate would both be dangerous and look daft. Things did go wrong with the delivery, but fairly decent customer service when things went wrong and got there eventually, with a reasonable resolution to the problems that we encountered.”
