Terrible customer services, no communication at all - false promises all the time. I've been chasing up my order for over 2 months now, still have not recieved this and don't know when (or if!) I will ever revcieve this!!

Do not buy from them! Bought a buggy online June 2020, Twins were born in Aug and thats when we realised theu have sent us the wrong fittungs... Customer service was very slow took them couple of months to send us the correct one. We were told our buggy got 2yrs warranty and now after 18 months that tyres have puncture (tried changing them but still leaks). took customer service 10 days to get back to us and say its not under warranty! I just need my buggy fixed, I dont mind paying but they couldn't care less about safety of my children. This buggy is a waste of money, Break keeps jumping, and now we have so much problem with the tyres and customer service are not available half the time.

Hi Masha, You contacted direct4baby over your mountain buggy and asked if we sold the appropriate tyres, we advised that it was out of warranty however we would get in touch with them and see if they would amend free of charge and as you had not registered on the website the further 12 months cover then they may refuse. We contacted you and advised that Mountain buggy would not accept the warranty claim and advised the below. Please see below tyre care/recommendations below for future reference For the duet, these will be 10" innertubes that that on the actual they do sell the wheels on the mountain buggy website or that can be purchased from most bike manufacturers and hardware stores *We recommend 20-22 psi as the highest air pressure to put in all wheels at all times. It may be slightly lower, but it is the highest maximum pressure. If it is higher than that, the air chambers may burst or deflate. * If your wheels are not holding air, we recommend that you inspect the tube to see if a puncture can be found and repaired with a simple bicycle repair kit available at most bicycle stores. * Complete replacement tubes can also be replaced at local bike shops as all of our products are made with standard 10 "or 12" tubes. Local stores can also help you replace the inner tube as the operation is the same as a bicycle tire. * To help maintain proper pressure, we recommend that you use a hand / foot pump with a tire pressure gauge attached so that you can keep track of the air pressure you are putting into the tire. We recommend that you only use a hand or bicycle pump, as an automated air compressor can fill the inner tube too quickly. The valve is standard size. * Underinflation can cause pinching problems. This can happen when you hit a bump and your underinflated tire compresses to the rim. * Underinflation can also make pushing harder than usual and lead to accelerated tire wear. * A flat tire can result from gravel holding the valve open; to check: inflate the tire, quickly deflate and re-inflate. * Tire pressure is affected by heat, especially inside parked cars. Do not over-inflate. * For recurring leakage issues, you may also find tube sealant gel or puncture protection liners helpful. I wouldn’t give any stars if I could. I’m still waiting for my refund and my messages are no longer being answered. Disgusting customer service!

Rubbish, total rubbish business, bought car seat, never came foe ages, contacted to track item but was said out of stock, when checked again on website it was available but they have changed price drastically when I confronted they just starting to make lame excuses, avoid at all cost

Made an order for a car seat that appeared to be in stock. Delayed for a long time with no communication at all. I had to contact them. Was told it was out of stock & I’d receive it in 2 weeks. Then out of the blue it arrived with less than 24 hrs notice (5 days after it being told it would take 2 weeks at least) meaning we had to cancel our Christmas Eve plans to be home to receive it. I left the same review as I am doing now. I then received begging emails asking me to delete the poor review because they were sorry. I then went & had a look at their other reviews. Almost exactly the same thing happened to multiple other customers, whose reviews were not deleted. I then realised they had deleted my review. So here I am, back again, telling the truth again. Be sorry. Great. Thank you for the apology. Being accountable & owning your many mistakes comes next. Delete this & I will write it again. 💋 The car seat was great!

Did not receive the item that I purchased. Direct4 Baby sent a replacement product without contacting me but I required the specific product, as per the description and photo on their website. Now I have the inconvenience of trying to arrange the correct product to be delivered.

I have order egg travel system in July and still waiting for it. we contacted direct 4 babies more than once and only received a baby carrier to pick up the baby from the hospital, which was born on September 10. I spoke a week ago I was told a week to receive the stroller. today after another call. I got word that two more weeks before they receive my order. it looks like it would never come and the baby has no way to move.

Ordered a baby swing the 8th July, no indication on them not having the stock, had a voice mail a week after order saying it will be the first week in August was annoyed but very busy with new baby, chased them first week of August to be told should be with you before the weekend and nothing has arrive so messaged again to be told some confusion and should be the end of this month so in total waiting nearly two months, I have told them to cancel it my baby will be too big to use it by the time it comes so disappointed with this, I would have not been as bothered if it said on the website when they anticipate delivery and then to be not kept up to date with it and me chasing when I don't really have the time seems a bit out of order really, maybe an alternative could have been offered for the delay but nothing. I understand things can get delayed but service is shocking

I placed the order on a Wednesday as I needed a new car seat urgently. I only went with this company as they were the only ones with it in stock with fast delivery available. So I paid for express delivery so I could get it next day. 2 days later I phoned about order to be told it hadn’t been shipped and it wasn’t in stock. They offered me the same car seat without additional accessory which we had to accept as we needed seat and the accessory would arrive a week later. The shipment was then sent to me express for next day but arrived really late in the evening. So poor service, product not actually available and delivery service was shocking

Ordered item over 3 weeks ago and money was taken out of my account. After over a week of waiting I received an email that the item was not actually in stock and it would be received in ‘a few days’. 2 weeks after it finally arrives. Terrible service. Only positive is the product being great

Ordered a pushchair showing in stock. After my order was then told they didn't have 1 part of it and would send the rest out that day and the other part when it came in. Recieved a shipping email and dpd tracking number ect to then have a phone call on the day of delivery saying that they are out of stock and its been discontinued. Should of listened to the other reviews

Really disappointed, I ordered the owlet smart sock and video monitor over 2 weeks ago, dispatch described 5 working days maximum therefore upon chasing where the delivery was I was told the smart sock was out of stock and I would have to wait a further 2 weeks for delivery. If the smart sock wasn’t available for delivery when ordered this should have been indicated on the website, if the out of stock occurred shortly after ordering I should have been notified. I will now have to accept the order piecemeal as and when items become available. Not really good enough

Sent the wrong car seat not once but twice! Numerous promises of call backs/mix ups which were never their fault. In the end cancelled my order and ordered from another reputable retailer. AVOID!
