I wouldn't normally leave reviews but this is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Ordered our yoyo pram back in May and they only sent part of the order. It's September now and despite multiple emails requesting the missing parts, we've still not recieved all the parts from our original order. Extremely frustrating. We spent over £500 and expect better than this.

You was so keen and very helpful in ordering our travel system but once ordered No customer service at all after We sent on going emails regarding our purchase we was told a date then Turned out it wasn’t that date etc It wasn’t a complete order missing items Been sending ongoing emails regarding the missing item and we have heard nothing Very poor customer service But amazing product love our new travel system the grey camo egg Hopefully after reading our review you will at least reply to our on going emails

We had a fantastic experience visiting Nicky and Taite at Direct 4 Baby Aintree today! They couldn’t have made it any easier for us to buy our first pram, the I Candy Peach Cerium. We dropped by the shop on a Sunday with both sets of parents and was welcomed to browse around for as long as we needed. We felt very relaxed which allowed us to check out all the different varieties of prams before choosing to look at a couple in more detail. When we did need support, Nicky was on hand to answer all of our questions; what she didn’t know about prams/ car seats/ anything baby related wasn’t worth knowing. She also spent the time to demonstrate how to use the pram with all of its adaptions, let us have a try, checked if the car seat fitted inside our car by setting it up and checking its suitability and even trialed fitting the pram into our boot. We felt no pressure to buy and was able to shop at ease. When we did make our decision we wasn’t rushed once the sale was secured and the store manager Taite, went to every effort to check we understood all the different details of the pram again just to make sure nothing was missed and then offered to set the pram up for us for no extra fee. This meant we walked away on the same day with the pram ready to use. The overall experience was great and we will definitely visit again for the rest of our baby essentials!

Very easy but your customer service since ordering has been atrocious! I placed my order on 2nd of July and got an instant email confirmation but then heard nothing so phoned for an update on 13th. David tried to help but kept promising to get back to me and never did so have had to phone almost on a daily basis only to be told the same thing every time - that someone will get back to me - and I didn’t once receive a phone call I’m return. Finally resolved the situation this morning when Jay answered the phone and confirmed there were very likely no Flint Silver Cross Coast Buggy’s left. Thank you Jay!

Order was ok, however, paid for express delivery, they took forever to even process my order, I ordered it on the 10th sep and I was still waiting for it on the 6th of oct, in the end I emailed and cancelled it, they said its due to covid 19, well im sorry bit other company's get get ordered to you in a few days, thats not good enough im sorry

Brilliant customer service from David hand delivered our items due to initial confusion over our order. Put everything right within 2 days we had everything we needed and more. Genuinely A nice person providing a first class customer service. Highly recommend due to David’s outstanding customer service. Thanks again.

Do not buy from them! Bought a buggy online June 2020, Twins were born in Aug and thats when we realised theu have sent us the wrong fittungs... Customer service was very slow took them couple of months to send us the correct one. We were told our buggy got 2yrs warranty and now after 18 months that tyres have puncture (tried changing them but still leaks). took customer service 10 days to get back to us and say its not under warranty! I just need my buggy fixed, I dont mind paying but they couldn't care less about safety of my children. This buggy is a waste of money, Break keeps jumping, and now we have so much problem with the tyres and customer service are not available half the time.

Hi Masha, You contacted direct4baby over your mountain buggy and asked if we sold the appropriate tyres, we advised that it was out of warranty however we would get in touch with them and see if they would amend free of charge and as you had not registered on the website the further 12 months cover then they may refuse. We contacted you and advised that Mountain buggy would not accept the warranty claim and advised the below. Please see below tyre care/recommendations below for future reference For the duet, these will be 10" innertubes that that on the actual they do sell the wheels on the mountain buggy website or that can be purchased from most bike manufacturers and hardware stores *We recommend 20-22 psi as the highest air pressure to put in all wheels at all times. It may be slightly lower, but it is the highest maximum pressure. If it is higher than that, the air chambers may burst or deflate. * If your wheels are not holding air, we recommend that you inspect the tube to see if a puncture can be found and repaired with a simple bicycle repair kit available at most bicycle stores. * Complete replacement tubes can also be replaced at local bike shops as all of our products are made with standard 10 "or 12" tubes. Local stores can also help you replace the inner tube as the operation is the same as a bicycle tire. * To help maintain proper pressure, we recommend that you use a hand / foot pump with a tire pressure gauge attached so that you can keep track of the air pressure you are putting into the tire. We recommend that you only use a hand or bicycle pump, as an automated air compressor can fill the inner tube too quickly. The valve is standard size. * Underinflation can cause pinching problems. This can happen when you hit a bump and your underinflated tire compresses to the rim. * Underinflation can also make pushing harder than usual and lead to accelerated tire wear. * A flat tire can result from gravel holding the valve open; to check: inflate the tire, quickly deflate and re-inflate. * Tire pressure is affected by heat, especially inside parked cars. Do not over-inflate. * For recurring leakage issues, you may also find tube sealant gel or puncture protection liners helpful. Rubbish, total rubbish business, bought car seat, never came foe ages, contacted to track item but was said out of stock, when checked again on website it was available but they have changed price drastically when I confronted they just starting to make lame excuses, avoid at all cost

Made an order for a car seat that appeared to be in stock. Delayed for a long time with no communication at all. I had to contact them. Was told it was out of stock & I’d receive it in 2 weeks. Then out of the blue it arrived with less than 24 hrs notice (5 days after it being told it would take 2 weeks at least) meaning we had to cancel our Christmas Eve plans to be home to receive it. I left the same review as I am doing now. I then received begging emails asking me to delete the poor review because they were sorry. I then went & had a look at their other reviews. Almost exactly the same thing happened to multiple other customers, whose reviews were not deleted. I then realised they had deleted my review. So here I am, back again, telling the truth again. Be sorry. Great. Thank you for the apology. Being accountable & owning your many mistakes comes next. Delete this & I will write it again. 💋 The car seat was great!

Excellent customer service. When the order was delayed (due to factors outside their control), I phoned the company and they answered straight away, were friendly and helpful, and organised for a replacement seat to sent out the next day. I would definitely order with them again. Thank you for being so efficient and friendly.

Did not receive the item that I purchased. Direct4 Baby sent a replacement product without contacting me but I required the specific product, as per the description and photo on their website. Now I have the inconvenience of trying to arrange the correct product to be delivered.
