Pram is great! The maxi code car seat does not fit into the adaptors quote as easy as the egg products but after a couple of try’s it seemed to ease up

The order process was so easy, and delivery was super quick. Service was very good.Thankyou Yesterday my daughter and partner put the pram together and unfortunately it's suppose to be all black but one of the hoods is grey. I have sent an email to the enquiry email address.

I’m really happy with the item delivered, but it took some getting here. I appreciate you may be experiencing supply chain issues at the moment and when I did contact you, they were very good at responding. The item took 3 weeks to deliver, which I wasn’t anticipating. Maybe this could have been a little better

Good service and customer care. I ordered a Doona car seat which was cheaper elsewhere. I contacted Direct 4 Baby to see if they can match the price, which they did. However, it took me about an hour to chat to their customer representative. I’m happy with the product and it was delivered very quickly. I’d like to note that the description on the webpage is not quite accurate. It stated that the box will also include a seat protection cover; however it wasn’t the case. Otherwise, the car seat is great.

Ordered a perfect prep and when it arrived it was damaged and items missing but phoned them and they sent another one within 2 days excellent customer service and would Definitely use again

Great customer service department when I emailed regarding a problem with my order. Some communication regarding the reason for the significant delayed delivery would have been great, without me having to ask.

Placed my order 30-11-21 for a carrycot. I never received any delivery information after a while I chased up my order to be told the that the store was waiting for delivery from the supplier expected in 7-10 days. Waited and waited. Chased it up again to be told the item is now discontinued. Had I not chased it up I doubt I'd have been informed. I was offered a replacement told to expect delivery 24-12-21 no surprise when it never arrived. Its been over 4 weeks now since the original order and I've now had my baby and am without a carrycot. The company are aware of this as I've made it clear in my emails but they now seem to not be responding. Contacted trading standards at this point as I'm at a loss with money and no carrycot after ordering something which showed as in stock! Very quick to take your money and leave you without a product that is essential for a baby! Very unprofessional and morally wrong. However I have since received the replacement carrycot and a £30 refund thanks to Joanne who was very keen to resolve my original complaint. I am very pleased with the carrycot

We received the wrong pram we spoke to one girl on the phone who was not very helpful from the aintree store but everyone else was really good in customer services and sorted our issue

I have always had brilliant service from direct4baby that’s why I always go there for products. I had my travel system from them and now have ordered a car seat. I had a few problems with my recent order but I spoke to a gentleman today and he was brilliant and sorted everything straight away.

Complex items had to be part-shipped due to availability. Direct4Baby coped well given the current national constraints. Needed a little chasing for updates, but always polite and provided swift solutions.

I was happy with the company, delivery and speed of delivery however the product (doona change bag) is very expensive, although much cheaper on this site, at least half the price compared to the doona website. It's very small and the change mat inside the bag is rubbish. Not worth the money at all. Would have returned the bag but it was a gift that was wanted.

Service is good, I ordered the Snuz Pod Bundle and the sheets, organiser, sleep aid came first and just waiting on delivery of the actual crib. All I would say is you only get a confirmation email when your item has been dispatched. I expected to get an email confirming my order and just a note to say items were being dispatched separately and I would have given 5 stars.
