“Unfortunately the product I ordered wasn't in stock so after contacting the company the lovely Lucy offered me an alternative and I'm so glad I choose the alternative I love the pram it's so lovely to push and the colours so nice too. Thank you so much :)”

“Everything was fantastic communication was great I sent email cos I needed address changed and I was replied promptly on a Sunday. The rest I gave 4 stars is delivery took long and that wasn't made very clear when I initially purchased item was shipped 1 week after purchase everything else was great”

“The product I have received is beautiful! However, it was not the product I initially ordered. There was a delay and then I was told it was out of stock. This was resolved and the lady who resolved this query was very nice but it would have been nicer to have what I actually wanted to order!”

“Arrived super quick! Lovely pramsuit, I did order a 0-3 month but got a newborn one instead but that’s fine as newborn fits perfectly for now! Only downside is there’s a yellow stain in the hood but already took the labels off and need it so will just buy some vanish in hope it comes out!”

“I bought the Egg black diamond bundle and am very happy with my purchase. The stroller is very sturdy and the colour just as i expected, lovely. I will say that when i ordered the item it was showing in stock but unfortunately i had to wait longer than expected (month extra) as i was advised they were awaiting the stock to complete my order. I just feel when paying upfront the customer should be made aware of this before buying. Other than that though happy and i can’t wait to use it!”

“Ordered grey and pink booster seat and it came in wrong colour. I was sent free label to return but couldn't for reasons of my own. Seller kindly refunded 50% for the mistake. Overall very kind staff and resolved issue immediately. I would purchase from here again as if there is a problem they swiftly resolve it.”

“Bought 2 car booster seats for our grandchildren to travel with us. The boosters were sent and arrived quite quickly and are very suitable for what we require. Only done side was the fact that we were asked for a review immediately we ordered the booster seats which was a little premature, also if we had bought them 1 at a time we may have been able to receive a 10%voucher, but have missed out on this.”

“Ordered the snuzpod 3 quilted mattress for my baby. I tried it in the Hauck bedside cot and it fits perfectly. I’m happy with the product and prompt customer service. I can’t wait for baby to use it.”
