“I found the website easy to use overall. The only downside I came across is that I wanted to use the amazon pay feature at the checkout and each time I attempted to do so it would take me to a login page. After login in it no longer allowed me to do amazon pay. This was a little frustrating, however I ended up using a card. Despite this, I found the site plain sailing and would happily use again.”

“Easy to order and quick to arrive, however one of the items has been discontinued and I was sent a new version of it without being warned that would happen. I think more care has to be put on what is advertised as in stock and if there is a change, the customer needs to be aware before the order is dispatched and given a choice as to whether they want to proceed. It's what other websites do and makes it feel like a much better customer service and overall shopping experience.”

“Very easy to order online. Products are perfect. The only thing is it was split over two deliveries as a couple of items were not in stock. Other than that everything was great!”

“Arrived next day very pleased with my choice of colour and wasn’t to difficult to put together the chassis was a bit stiff to open at first as it’s new I suppose . You don’t seem to get a rain cover for the carry cot just the push chair part for once your baby out grows the carry cot so was a bit disappointed about that really .”

“The website was very easy to use and understand. The pushchair I wanted was £50 cheaper on this site than on others. The other negative was that I paid for express delivery which I didn’t receive. When I emailed an enquiry about my order arrival time, a member of the team replied very quickly and found my order was supposed to be shipped the day before but the van had been full. He was very apologetic and had my order shipped that day. He offered to include some free gifts as a good will gesture which didn’t arrive with my order but could come separately tomorrow maybe 🤷🏼‍♀️”
