“Quite easy. All of the drop-down options were easy to access and once we'd finally made our decision and read all the review we were able to make the payment easily. It would have been nice to have details of the delivery. All we knew was that we had 'economy' but it didn't state at all what timeframe that meant. We then received no follow-up emails either for a few days. I had to email myself and ask.”

“It was very easy to order on line and the staff on the phone were very helpful before we placed the order. One problem with the order was that I didn't receive an order delivery note copy in my parcel and one of the items was out of stock and I had to phone up to check where it was, I still havn't received this item yet, so that's a little disappointing.”
